Redrose Service Apartments

We stayed for two nights. For the price offered, I felt the space was very good, the flat was well furnished. Beds and toilets were clean. Being a serviced apartment, some services were lacking. Lift was not available at most times, the excuse being small children misusing it. Main doors close at night, so we need to wake up the caretaker/proprietor if you need to get to the room late night after meeting or functions, as we had to. There's no restaurant, but they take orders from nearby hotel and deliver it to room. Overall comfortable and value for money, though you can't expect 3 star facilities and services even though it costs as much.

I was looking for a nice hotel to stay in Kannur since I had plans to visit muzupilangadu beach and bakel fort with my family .Got to know this service apartments through internet and I was little hesitant to book since I have had bad experiences with service apartments before , But I booked since there were few other choices since we planned the trip late. Now when I reached the place and as I went in my perception changes and the apartments (Two bedroom) was clean and the locating was right at Kannur town . I have to say that this place is very recommendable since this had a kitchen with all facilities (AC in both bedrooms plus one in living room) . All rooms were kept very clean and this is kind of perfect when we go with two families . You will at home here with one spacious two bedroom apartments were you can relax and enjoy with your family :):)

Stayed along with family and friends for two days. Very good flat with specious rooms, dining hall, living room and kitchen. Management team is cooperative, thay helped us to find places to visit and guided good restaurants. They have given a separate wash room for driver which we didn't expect, so our driver was also happy with the treatment. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay,clean rooms, right on the national highway 14 , with very good and safe parking space ,great hosts Mr Sasi and Vikas . They provide good homely food on order better than restaurants I had been outside ,had a great stay there .

Booked just a day before our 1st trip to Kannur on 23/12/17. I am reducing one star because it’s a little far from the beach side, otherwise apartment is very nice 👍🏽

Very good flat right on the highway. Location is nice. Rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and AC. Good for families. Kitchen available for basic coming.
