The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, she made me feel right at home. I love how she has designed the space, especially the cute and cozy book area. She took the time to get to know each of her guests too. The property is well maintained and kept very clean. It's in a great location. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Cochin. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Arrived here after flight from Gatwick to cochin. Lovely host. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights b4 travelling south then one night for return flight. Host speaks good English. Able to arrange transport etc.

I highly recommend this homestay. My hostess helped me with everything ( including medical care)and gave me a lot of her time . Everything was clean and comfortable and I could reach most places by walking. Also my breakfast wishes were fulfilled. A homestay at its best.

I had a wonderful 3 nights at this homestay. The room had everything I needed and there’s a cosy common area for cooking and eating or just hanging out. Sheetal (the host) is so welcoming and lovely to talk to, and she took the time to give me recommendations for Fort Kochi. I also really appreciated that I could do my laundry. The homestay is a short walk from most of the main sights and shopping streets, and it’s pleasantly quiet and it’s in a residential area away from the big roads. No noise in the mornings, I didn’t even need my earplugs. Thank you Sheetal for a great stay!

Guestland was an excellent starting point and arrival for my trip ... In the center of Fort Cochin and close to the main sites to visit, this homestay is a bit away from the tourist area for more tranquility! The rooms are impeccable and the welcome has moved warm and discreet! Organise transfer to airport! Perfect

This place truly feels like home. You are very well taken care of, every morning there is tasty home cooked breakfast, and Sheethal has genuine interest in communicating with the guests. She is an incredible host! Always smiling and helpful. It's only a 10 min walk to some great nearby restaurants and the famous fishnets are not far either. I miss this place already and if I should one day return, I have no doubts about staying there again.
