Aldos Ark Homestay

This Homestay is placed at good location in fort Kochi as all the touristy places are at walkable distance. The Kathakali centre is nearby and there are options for good restaurants. Host is very helpful and approachable. He helped us with all our queries and provided excellent stay experience. We were a group of 6 and I would highly recommend this stay for it’s location, cleanliness and humble host.

This place is worth every penny I spent. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. The location is also really good and close by to all the tourist attractions of fort kochi. Also, the property has so many beautiful plants and birds chirping, you'll feel at home. The owner is very kind and helpful and doesn't bother/interfere in your affairs. He keeps the property clean and well maintained. Had a lovely stay here! Would love to stay here again!

Lovely place, wonderful setting with the gorgeous terrace full of plants where you can sit and chill. I loved it there. I was going to stay for a few days and I ended 10 days :) Besides the hosts are a honest and trustworthy family who will make the most of your stay. They will take care of you but giving you total freedom as they respect the privacy of the guests. Next time in Kochi I will definately stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! Clinton and his wife were really kind and helped us a lot. The room was perfect for 4, escially with the balcony outside. The balcony was full with beautiful plants. The location was nice, we were in 15 minutes walking in the centre of Kochi. We had a blast!

Clinton was incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. From allowing us to leave our luggage early morning to early check-in, fantastic sight seeing and food recommendations, hanging our laundry on the roof and booking our 4:30am rickshaw for a cheap price and waiting with us until it arrived. He made us feel so comfortable and was always keen to answer any questions. The location was wonderful, walking distance from the fishing nets but quiet at night. Big, spacious room with a comfy mattress, we’d highly recommend staying here as great value for money.

Well maintained property. Friendly and cheerful host. Balcony area is having plenty of potted plants which gives a pleasant and natural vibe. Only drawback is, car has to be parked on street which about 50 steps away from the house which is located inside lane.

Stayed in the beautiful home stay run by Clinton and his wife! Must say, the stay was very comfortable. Clinton was very helpful in guiding us through different places in and around Kochi which in turn made our trip really memorable! What’s good! 1. Location- in fort Kochi, most of the things are nearby & you won’t require any bike to rom around. 2. Place filled with plants so quite cooler than other places. 3. Ample space to dry your wet clothes 4. Sufficient water supply

Good stay. Clean rooms, clean bathroom with hot water. Very friendly and attentive owners ☺️ The upper part has a small, roof covered, patio you can relax on, which is great! It’s a safe place just of the main busy road. The area can be little noisy though. One room doesn’t have glass in the upper part of the windows, but as we mentioned that to Clinton, he said that will come. This way the room will be more silent. But other than that, great 😊
