Nice, clean rooms. Very central (5 min walk to the sea). Friendly and helpful owner. They also have a small kitchen if you want to cook your own meals or simply store a cold drink (very much needed in Cochin). Good place for budget travelers.

We had a very good experience in this well situated house, our host was helpful in booking a dance show, providing home remedy and giving us the contact of a travel agent. It was the kind of help and assistance we have expected from professional hotel staff who regularly failed. If you want to feel at home, have your own little kitchen but with a local helping you out when needed, you will be happy here.

The homestay is located in a very central area, you can easily walk everywhere, the surroundings are quiet and the owners very friendly. They changed our sheets and towels every 3 days. Laundry washing is available. They charge the usage of the kitchen (oven, blender, etc.) and they can provide drinking water also paying an extra fee.

I really enjoyed staying here, it was very clean and in a nice family area but still close enough to all the action. Our host was really friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. It is advisable to have your own padlock for your room.

Very nice and "Kochi's style" house, in a peaceful area close to the main things to do and see in Kochi/Fort Kochi. Very clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, we were really happy to discover this place (and even though it was for a short period, the nice family holding it!)

Nice clean room with clean sheets , towel provided and toiletries , kitchen to cook if u wish, wifi is good, good location in a quiet place close to the centre, it’s inside a quiet line but not too far from the road where u can get dinner, lovely caring owner, very helpful
