I absolutely loved my stay at Panioty’s Villa, and there are three main reasons why this homestay truly stands out. First and foremost, the warmth and hospitality of the host, Iris, made my experience unforgettable. At 86 years old, she radiates kindness and friendliness, and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting with her as she shared fascinating tales from her past. Her passion for storytelling really added a personal touch to my visit. The second reason I fell in love with this homestay is its close proximity to the beach. Just a few steps away and a short crossing over some rocks, I found myself on a beautiful, clean beach. The sound of the waves lapping at the shore was a soothing lullaby that accompanied me as I drifted off to sleep each night. Lastly, the location also offers easy access to delicious dining options. One place I highly recommend is Lilliput, where you simply must try the sizzling brownie. It’s a delightful treat made by the owner’s family, and it’s absolutely to die for! Overall, my stay at Panioty’s Villa was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return!

For me and my family, this is the best place to stay in Cherai. Such great host n staff, back side of the house opening directly to beach and in night the sky above is full of stars . Breakfast was served as if served by your own mother. Will come back next year to this same place.

A neat and safe homestay at the coastline. The host is warm and friendly. Had great conversations with her. A filling and a healthy breakfast. Highly recommended for families and large group of friends.

Panioty is a gorgeous balance between hospitality and friendship, where the cleanliness of the place and rooms, the wonderful breakfasts and the everlasting goodwill of Iris, manage to offer an unforgettable stay. Just relax, enjoy your delicious and everyday new Kerala breakfast specialty, pass the little gate to reach the beach, come back and enjoy the terrasse with a book, and do not hesitate to ask Iris' help to whatever matter you may encounter, she is always kind and wishing to help.

Best place to stay with family or friends, situated just beside the beach where we can enjoy the sunset while sitting on the terrace. Rooms well maintained, budget friendly, hotels nearby, breakfast also included.

I am a frequent visitor to Panioty's. For me, for my friends and for my family it's a home away home. And Ms. Panioty is like a friend, well wisher also a good teacher. When ever you are here, she makes you feel like it's our home. A quiet good place with a beach at the backyard. I love this place.

Stayed at Panioty Villa nothing has changed since last visit Mrs Panioty was excellent host the rooms are spotless as Sharee takes pride in her work and never complains always smiling,Baby the night watchman is quite a character and Indryia who helps Mrs Panioty with cooking the excellent fulfilling breakfast also you are a few feet from the beach from the back gate.The place is good for families as the place is secure for children to run about without any problems sleep wise the sound of the waves send you of to sleep breakfast is communal with Mrs Panioty recalling her time as a school teacher and her wonderful stories of life so if you are in Cherai Beach you must try Panioty Villa
