Budget friendly home stay with bike parking!! Only problem is signal and mosquito’s.! They have wifi too! In hall alone you can use it smoothly.

Rooms with washroom are small for family/couple. Best and affordable for single person. The owners are very humble and treats you like a family. The breakfast / lunch on request provided is delicious 10/10.

Nice Rooms,peaceful ambience and good parking area in the front of the Home stay.Rooms is small but adjustable. You can stay there with Homely atmosphere. Owner of the home stay Mr.Thomas is very friendly person and He provides a small guidance about the places of tourist attractions in Fort Kochi.

Had a great time staying here.Rooms were reasonable, clean and hygienic. Owner was so polite and helpful he gave us a overview of how to explore Fort Kochi. I would recommend you to book an stay here if you are planning a visit to Fort Kochi.

Nice room and outdoor garden Small arie you can make yourself tea or coffee The owner is so nice and calm and helps with everything!!! And very good arie you can get by walking to many places Thank you had a lovely stay 🙏🏻

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this establishment. The hosts are incredibly kind, patient, and friendly individuals. They went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and promptly addressed any of our needs. The accommodations are clean and spacious, the staff is welcoming, the area is safe, and it provides a great opportunity to experience local life.

I spent one overnight stay here and had everything I needed to make it comfortable. The room is very clean and bed comfortable, and has mosquito nets, aircon and ceiling fan. The homestay is well located to the shops, restaurants and tourist areas. |The host, Thomas, is a lovely, friendly man who took time to explain the different places of interest and how to find the restaurants, etc. There is a communal lounge with TV, books etc but I didn't have chance during my stay to use these. |There is a lovely outside seating area, but make sure you cover up with Mosquito spray!

Great location but the rooms are tiny and in a bad shape. Crumbling paint and dampness on walls. My stay was in the smallest of rooms with hardly any moving space. Toilets are not well lit and tiny as well. There is no balcony or chairs as one kf the photos suggest for this place. Its for the owner and the family on the first floor and not the ground floor (where the rooms for guests are) Thomas is a very nice guy, but he really needs to renovate this a bit and make it habitable. Thank you.
