we enjoyed our stay in this place, individual cotrage rooms are very nice and clean.. good greenery n plants around the place. location and ambiance are good.. mr. Mohan caretaker was very helpful and morning breakfast was good...I wish uf few good restuarants were closely. Good resturants were around the Cherai beach area which is about 2-3 kms from our stay. we loved EV STAYZ Mr. Abraham owner was also very supportive. Would recommend if you want to have peaceful and privacy time.

We have stayed in EV stayz during Diwali weekend, and we enjoyed every bit of the stay. We have booked all the three rooms for a family get together and the property become completely private to us. Place is quiet and caretaker Mohan is very supportive. Charges are also in the nominal range and its great affordable stay and value for money; will definitely recommend this place.

We were three friends family stayed here for three days with kids and booked the whole property. From the booking till checkout, the care and hospitality by Abraham(owner) and the care taker(Mohan) was very supportive and they make sure all our requests are met on time. Abraham was always ready to help us in giving suggestion about the nearby attractions and making arrangements. And also the stay is very pleasant and quiet for spending a good time with family very peacefully. The property is new and the rooms are very clean with good amenities. The homemade complimentary breakfast was really good and very tasty. We our friends family and kids really enjoyed the trip in this wonderful stay. I strongly recommend this property for the pleasant stay.

We stayed with our family for 3 days and 2 nights over here, had a pleasant and nice stay. The manager was very supportive and attentive to the requirements. Rooms were very clean and outdoor space was huge enough for the kids to play around. Since small and limited rooms not too much of crowd and we as a family had good time. The only constraint was breakfast we didn't get much option but manager agreed to our point and sorted out. Definitely would love to visit again.

Me and my wife along with our two beagles recent stay at EV Stayz was truly delightful. The warm hospitality of Abraham and his personal touch made it feel like a home away from home. The caretaker Mohan was very friendly, accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the homemade breakfasts to the thoughtful local tips to the proximity of its location to serene Cherai Beach, every aspect contributed to a memorable experience. If you're seeking a homely atmosphere with genuine warmth EV Stayz is the perfect choice. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a unique and personal lodging experience especially if you are travelling with dogs since it has ample space for your furry friends to play around.

Over all a great experience, we stayed here for 1 night , couple of km away from beach, pretty new property so rooms are good. Cherai is around 1 hr from Ernakulam, availability of good restaurants around is not that great. They provide a decent breakfast, total 3 rooms, over a good option . You will find a busy neighborhood around, don't expect much in terms of ambience.

We stayed at this property during our visit to Kerala. Our stay here was amazing. Very well maintained property, near to beach. Mr Abraham is a wonderful person and host. Caretaker Mr. Mohan is such a nice person, always smiling and helpful. I will surely recommend this property to people visiting to Kochi.
