Springfield Tranquil Nest Homestay

We stayed at this accommodation for nearly six weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, the hosts Sarath and Lakshmi made us feel incredibly welcome and that is what makes this place unique compared to other stays :) They are extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely warm, and their kindness and care added so much to our overall experience. The villa was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up for a long stay. It had all the necessary amenities, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the basic utensils required for daily cooking. For the groceries, doorstep delivery is available through Zepto, Instamart and Big Basket. And there are plenty of food delivery options as well. A cherry on top is that you can get fresh cow’s milk delivered right to your doorstep both in the morning and evening :) Other amenities include a designated car park and Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of this villa is the spacious balcony. We enjoyed spending time there, whether it was for morning tea or relaxing in the evenings. The lush green view was beautiful and peaceful. During rainy days you can as well go for short walks in this balcony. The location is another big advantage for people visiting Birth Village. The stay is about 500 meters, roughly a 10-minute walk, making it comfortably close—especially ideal for pregnant women who need to make frequent visits for check-ups. The property is located in a calm, quiet, and peaceful residential neighbourhood surrounded by lush greenery. It’s perfect for evening walks away from noise and traffic. It is preferable to get your car as it makes getting around easier; however, Uber services are also available if needed. Overall, this place offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. Sarath and Lakshmi and their family truly make you feel cared for, and the warm, homely atmosphere really sets this accommodation apart. We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming home—especially for extended stays.

Had stayed there for almost 10days with my family in regards with appointment with BirthVillage. We never felt away from Home. Host Mr.Sarath and his was family was very friendly . We lived in a spacious 2 bhk in a very peaceful area. Overall a very satisfied experience and we highly recommend this cozy home for a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The ambiance was really nice, making it a comfortable place to relax. A special thanks to Sarath for his kind support with any queries we had throughout our stay. The environment was peaceful with no disturbances, and the location is very close to Birth Village, which made it even more convenient for us. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable stay, and we would be happy to visit again and highly recommend this place to others.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to be the very first guest at the newly built Tranquil Nest Homestay, and I can’t express enough how wonderful my stay was! Sharath ji and Paro are the sweetest hosts you could ever hope for. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, making our stay truly special. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from Birth Village, which is a huge plus for anyone seeking a serene and supportive birthing experience. The house itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly felt like home. One of my favorite moments was enjoying the massive balcony. We even spent a magical night sleeping outside under a blanket of stars, which was simply unforgettable. From the comfort of the rooms to the kindness of the family, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Tranquil Nest Homestay to anyone visiting Birth Village. It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a beautiful experience that I will cherish forever!

Hi , I would like to thank sarath and folks for a great stay at his place . He has been an incredible host with a whole lot of requirements attended to. I would suggest this place to families and people coming down to kochi to explore in a very homely and refreshing nature.
