The Outrigger - 2 Bedroom Beachfront Villa

I’d like to share my disappointing experience with this host. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my holiday plans well in advance of my booking. I reached out to the host in hopes of receiving a refund or even a partial refund for my reservation. Their terms say that if you got in touch 30 days before, you’d be entitled to get a full refund and I have been trying before 30 day period. However, despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone over the course of a week, I received no response. This lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. I would advise others to be cautious when booking with this host.

The location of the resort is very nice. It is right infront of the beach. The rooms were very clean. We liked their service the most. The resort manager was personally involved in all the things and made sure that we are comfortable. He also arranged barbeque for us. Overall experience is very good.👍🏻

Actually we came to this place after we couldn't make it to our already booked destination elsewhere. But, this was a memorable experience. The Beachfront view balcony, big rooms, cozy winds, superb kitchen space, the wind, sea & the shore all added spice to our stay. The access road is narrow but once reaching there, ample parking space. The rent is bit costly, if you are going only two . There are only two spacious bedrooms, so good for a small group. Food not available , need to depend on swiggy whose delivery is delayed in view of distance. So you need to order in advance. But there is provision to cook there, if you can take needed veggies & grocery there. Overall a nice experience. We would definitely wish to come back to this place & highly recommended.

A really good property with a splendid view of the Arabian Sea. Clean spacious rooms, very cooperative care taker and the the calmness make it a great weekend gateway spot! We loved it!

This is a Beach area Situated in Calicut District. Chettikulam Beach is 8Km Far from Calicut town. This area is basically known as puthiyappa Beach Area. Outrigger nearby chettikulam shore. In this seashore is filled with Very large stones. Compare to other calicut Seashore in this area is not clean at all
