Check in experience was cool and the rooms were neat and clean. EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL but the staff don't understand English and hindi both. Little bit of trouble caused by that. The night manager came midnight for the payments that was little horrible but i didn't open the doors and asked him for owner number in call, owner was cooperative . Instead of that everything was perfect. I booked suite room.

Rooms we booked were root. The rooms are really cozy compared to their price Parking is little bit tough only experts can park it safely if there are more than 2 cars parked in the homestay Rest all the service feels luxury

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Elms Thekkady, because my best friend Mr. Dennis who is working there as the Manager. I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail—the room was spotless, and everything from the linens to the toiletries was of high quality. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfortable bed, which provided me with some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room was also incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. The view from the window was a pleasant surprise as well, offering a lovely glimpse of the nature with its beautiful climate. Additionally, the amenities were top-notch.The rooms were well-maintained and very much hygienic . Overall, my stay was nothing short of delightful. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

A/C Remote did not work and the staff did not even respond. TV Tata Sky Dish not re charged and they claim as network problem. Very poor service and stay.

I had a brief but delightful one-night stay at The Elms, Thekkady. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my short stay. A special mention goes to Dennis and other staff member at the property. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with anything I needed made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed at place for a night. A basic room with no AC and balcony is priced around 4.3K. The entrance to the home stay is short and very steep with no steps. One should be an expert driver to park a car there. There is no breakfast and no good restaurants nearby. Senior citizens may trip while getting down the entrance slope. The room is clean and the front office staff are excellent. Overall we feel that the room is overpriced for the facilities offered

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short distance away. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the bathroom was equally clean, complete with provided toiletries. Upon arrival, I was greeted with welcome drinks and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The staff, especially Dennis and Nithin, were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions about nearby places to visit. I had a really enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
