Marari Aleena Beach Villa

We have stayed here for 2 days and the experience was amazing. Basically this is a homestay and very near to beach. Just 5 mins walking and you will reach to the Marari beach. The beach is very secluded and beautiful. The service was also good and the owners are very polite and helpful. The best part of the stay is the food. They provide very authentic and tasty food. Few things to consider - 1. The location on google map takes to wrong place. Its better to call their number. You have to go straight to the Marari beach entrance and take left. 2. The car cannot go directly to the rooms because of sand. You need to walk few steps but the owners will help you in carrying your luggage. 3. The waves in the sea are sometimes too strong so beaware. Overall, very good stay, beautiful place and great people. Hence 5/5!

Been here in Oct for dusshera holidays as a family of 2. Room is nice and so is the bathroom. AC works good with a fan to supplement as well. No TV or wifi. As long as you can keep the food limited to rice and fish curry, you are saved. Host Maria is very nice and will prepare you very nice breakfast and teas. Only thing is you can't take a romantic/short walk on the beach at night even though it's just 100 mtrs due to lot of local dogs which become aggressive after 8 pm in the darkness. As for the beach, the slope is too much and forceful waves making it a bit unsafe to play if you don't know swimming. Good sunsets to watch and see fishermen in action before 7 am on your beach walk. Jio just had no connection, got saved by wife's Vodafone.

We spent two nights here at this wonderful family-run guest house. Our en-suite room and verandah were spotless, and a beautiful Keralan breakfast was included. The location, set back slightly from the beach amongst the shade of coconut palms, was lovely, and the family looked after us warmly, We were offered dinner (not included in the price), and on our second night there, we took up the offer and were given a feast of fish curry, vegetables, lentils, rice, poppadums and chapatti. All in all, a fantastic Keralan welcome. Highly recommended.

Amazing located beachhouse in some well preserved part of India. The place is beautifull and clean and the hostfamily is really friendly and make you feel as home.

I've been to 3 rooms there in marari beach, Trust me this is the best room i got, the hospitality and food is so good, you can ask aunty for the fish fry, that's the best I've ever ate......

Les 2 chambres sont grandes, autrement dit elles permettent un accès des deux côtés du lit, il y a une petite table basse et deux chaises, un porte-manteau. Dans la chambre de gauche, il y a même une armoire. Grande salle de bain. Dehors, l’espace est ouvert sur les cocotiers, avec, au-delà, la plage. Une véranda avec table et chaises permet de manger dehors. Et pour qui aime la nourriture indienne, c’est un régal. Famille aimable.

The two bedrooms are large, meaning they allow access from both sides of the bed. There is a small coffee table and two chairs, and a coat rack. In the left bedroom, there is even a wardrobe. Large bathroom. Outside, the space opens onto the coconut trees, with the beach beyond. A veranda with a table and chairs allows you to eat outside. And for those who love Indian food, it is a treat. Friendly family.
