The Soul Marayoor Mudhouse

My stay at Soul by Maryoor was a huge disappointment. The pictures online looked amazing, but the reality was very different. The food was terrible and way too expensive. We paid a lot of money for plain rice and curry that wasn't even good. The rooms were dirty and not well-maintained. We found stains on the bedsheets, which was really gross. The staff was also unhelpful and took forever to respond to our requests. To make matters worse, there were rats running around the property, which was really scary. The worst part was that the place wasn't as beautiful as the pictures showed. There was no nice view of the mountains, and it felt more like a regular house than a resort. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was a terrible experience, and I would never stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. The property is surrounded by Sandalwood forest and it is an amazing escape from the daily hustle and bustle! The cottages are designed in a true country style and it is like stepping through a Time Machine, but with all the modern amenities to hand. To top it all, the staff here is super helpful and always eager to serve with a smile. We cannot wait to come back again for a longer stay!

The best Place I have visited for long time, Extremely clean and well kept, Food is very Homely. Care taker Kishore is the best Host, very helpfull and informative. I forgot my Sunglasses and they only called and Couriered to me. I would definitely visit again.

It's a refreshing change from the usual concrete structures one finds in most accommodations. One of the highlights of my stay was discovering the hidden treasure of a waterfall nearby. A 45-minute walk from the property led me to this breathtaking cascade of water, surrounded by lush greenery. It was a sight to behold and made the entire journey worthwhile. The campfire facility provided an opportunity to gather around, share stories, and enjoy the warmth of the fire under the starry night sky. The inclusive breakfast was delicious. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway, a chance to reconnect with nature, or simply a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place has it all.
