Bad owner as he observes 24/7 no privacy, they never washes the bed sheets insted applies some local spray on it so we are unable to sleep properly. We thought to stay two nights but we managed only for one night. I say it is not good for families and not value for money

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and found it to be very nice. The room was clean and well maintained. While no food is served, the property is walking distance from many eating joints. The owner of the property is an excellent person and fully supported us in planning our trip. Recommended!!!

Its a nice and decent home stay, owners are good. Rooms are good but bathroom is ok. Running hot water is available and tea and coffee on request is available. ||This place is located at a very convenient place and has greenery all around. There are shops at stone's throw distance if you need anything in emergency or autos are available to take you to main market.

The hosts were very cold. The staff was also very unhelpful. Despite getting a phone confirmation and arriving at the guest house at the previously confirmed time, there was no body to open the door even after we had to find the bell for a good 20 minutes! The owner then did not let us stay after confirming the room earlier since without giving any good reason. The staff didn't help carry our|Luggage upstairs or downstairs later. Will definitely never go back and would not recommend this place to anybody who wants warm service and a good holiday.

Very bad experience travelled with a group, hospitality failure, bed room blankets are not washed and not value for money. Every 1 hour owner used to come inside the room to observe.. not recommended to stay

A friendly host, we found the place by fluke as we kept searching for hotels. The view was amazing from the room. Neatly kept and comfortable. If you are on a budget trip - this is the place to stay. The pictures I uploaded will tell you the beauty of the view from the room :)

We stayed here for two days. Its a big house having 7 bedrooms and a nice hall. One of the main attraction of this place is a beautiful lawn, which can be used for barbeque and campfire. Campfire comes at an additional cost. The hosts were very helpful and made our stay a memorable experience. On the downside, the lighting in the lawn is not that great which makes it bit difficult to use during the night, if you do not have campfire. Also the property is away from the munnar top point and its at the starting of munnar town. So during the noon time the temperature were bit on the upper side.
