Best host!! Such a lovely woman, beautiful house and rooms. She also has a nice and big balcony and yard. Price includes amazing breakfast and we also ate lunch and dinner with her because she cooks so good!! Grate location, very close to a nice point on the river Definitely recommend

+ Choose if you want a waterfront property. + Hosts are fantastic + Loved the hammocks + food prepared to be overfed and it tastes amazing + Boat rides from property available + Book directly for the best price + Small dog loving family environment - bill was calculated incorrectly but soon corrected, no fuss made. - rooms basic in need of cosmetic uplifts, but does not take away from the charm of the place. We extended our stay.

It's the perfect place to relax. You have a private "beach" directly at the river where you'll find hammock. The hosts are super friendly and you will get a lot of amazing food! Also you can enjoy the backwaters on a kanu, which I would highly recommend. Thanks for a great time :)

Mayookham Villas is a truly heaven on Earth. With its amazing hosters and peaceful private beach we couldn't ask for more. My wife and I stayed there for three nights. As their only guests on our first night, Lal and his wife took us to a sunset point and even bought nimbu punny (local lemonade) for us. Then we were accompanyed by other people, and had two boat trips (at sunrise and sunset) and delicious food in Mayookham. Lal's wife knows how to feed people. Her food is so good!!! We were so full and couldn't move after each meal. We are sure that we will come back to this place in the future! This was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

I extend my trip to stay longer with this lovely people and their cuty dog. It's rare to feel at home when you are traveling for a while, on top of that the food is gorgeous ! I recomand 100%!

Dreamy tropical paradise in a family home. Surrounded by beautiful people, delicious family dinners and never ending adventures. From the first moment of arrival you feel like you are at your uncle and aunties home - their hospitality is beyond words. It was so hard to leave 😭

Wonderful scenic drive in. Make sure you go via the road which has the small ferry from Kollam. Lovely hosts in a beautiful location. Very helpful.
