NillGeorge and his parents running the home stay are very polite and great hosts! We spent a very nice two days staying in Mango room. Gorge showed us their plantation and explained everything about their place, plants and birds. He took us on a walk and showed tea plantation and we had a nice cup of tea in a local tea shop. Good location if you want to visit by taxi Tiger reservoir, take a boat trip, see the martial art show or visit elephant junction where you can ride on an elephant and have a bath. The food served for breakfast or dinner really good - George’s mum cooks it for you. It is very fresh and you can feel like at your mum’s. They are also proud holders of Home stay of the year 2024 award!

NillThanking George and his family for making the stay one of the most memorable moments for our life. Great hospitality, wonderful ambiance, cozy, comfortable and homely stay in the midst of nature. Made each one of us feel welcome not for sake of business but as genuine as the beauty of nature. Truly heaven.......God's Own Coffee and Pepper

NillWe loved this farm stay hidden in a spice plantation. Clean, quiet and comfortable house with many large rooms. It’s run by lovely George who nothing is too much trouble for. Meals are simple, tasty and homemade. A short 15 minute drive from town.

NillOne of the best highlights of my trip to Kerala was spending a day at Coffee and Pepper Plantations homestay. Amazing hospitality at a good price. The rooms were spacious and the view from the rooms were amazing. Loved the interiors and detailing of each element at the villa. The food was tasty. Limited choice but quality was superb. George's mom was kind enough to prepare dinner for us on a special request. My driver was extremely happy to see a neat and clean room+ washroom for his stay. Maybe he loved the service more than us. Thanks George, my son loved the cookies and it was after many days that we as a family splayed slingo and carrom at the deck. A highly recommended place for anyone who wants to spend a night at Thekkady.

NillSpacious rooms. Neat and clean. A big balcony. Well maintained property. Child friendly. Near to Elephant Junction, Thekkady Food is home made and delicious. Host George is a nice person. Overall stay was awsome. We had booked 2 rooms, Mango and Orange. View from room was awsome. Also the view from restaurant is amazing. They have their own plantation, where you can see many spices, cocoa and flowers.
