Wayanad Stay

The homestay was booked from Air BNB for 3 nights with breakfast but we ran away within one night itself. After checking in we were told breakfast is not included in the package and the rooms were not as expected. The water pressure was barely there and the place just didn't feel right. We left within a night with no refund for the remaining 2 nights. We left for Mysore and booked into the southern star for the remaining stay.

Our stay was nothing but amazing. Awesomazing hosts who make you feel like home and provide you the best food! Uncle Paul and Aunt Susan are such a loving couple themselves and who gives so much of love, care and comfort! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with very good architectural aspects. The pricing is very reasonable. The location is in prime area. Don't forget to buy their fresh products like cloves, pepper, coconut oil and many more. I highly recommend this place and wishing you all a pleasant stay!

Good experience. Location : We had read a lot of reviews suggesting to stay at Kalpetta for best access to all tourist spots but booked this place because the vibe looked more like what we wanted and it turned out to be the right decision. The place is far away from any chaos and yet close enough to most tourist spots. The markets are about 2-5 km away, it would be good to have your own vehicle if you choose to stay here as there is nothing right outside. Some restaurants are near by, within 1-2 km. Edakkal caves are just 7km, jain temple and Phantom rock too are very near by, some good restaurants near by we tried include Jubilee, Mathai bakery, Sougandhika. The 7 days hypermarket was our choice for all our basic buys. Vibe : A very chill vibe, the hosts are friendly enough, and still not intrusive. The rooms are clean and they provide enough towels. We enjoyed our evening conversations with Paul after our tiring touristy days. We didn't get to visit the plantation as we were too busy covering the tourist spots but if you are staying longer, this could be a nice experience. Note: When we went, they didn't have provision for food. Not much in terms of service, but the hosts are available in case of any queries or needs. Good to take your own set of toiletries as the shops are a little far and after a long travel you might need more than just soap. You can ask to buy spices from their plantations, they are very good. Do ask the hosts for local recommendations, they were very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Thanks Paul and Susan!

The glorious surrounding , coupled with the cozy interior makes this stay a perfect getaway spot for all. Best place for every type of vacation with friends, family, groups. privacy of the place, cool atmosphere and all that just adds to the vibe. Very large parking spot and play area. Accessibility to the local town and many sightseeing locations is extremely good. The stay is amidst nature. Peaceful & calm atmosphere. Highlight is the 5 start super host at property who offers meals and yummy food and the hospitality is deserves more than 5 stars. •Awesome stay •Amazing hosts •Great food •Excellent location •100% more value for the price •And just 2 hours from Mysore I have already planned my next visit and will be going soon, can’t wait to plan my next holiday

Tremendous site (Wayanad Stay) with such great beauties. Never thought a place like this ever existed in Kerala. And above that the place and the people were so welcoming, Paul and Susan had been such a wonderful host, not host really, family now. The food was so tastelicious and the way Susan taught us how to cook was just so simple but amazing. Can't miss to mention the plantation tour the family gave me and my crew (which is in their same compound). The rooms were so clean and homely. Thank you so much guys for making all of our trips such a memorable and lasting one. And I would very much recommend this place, #WAYANADSTAY to all my friends and family members. Don't miss it!

I am from Australia and stayed in Wayanad Stay. The family is beautiful and organized transport for me to see the places in Wayanad and also made the best food using the various spices and crops found in their back yard! Absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend to others. If you want a homely place to stay with genuine people, look no further!

Indeed the most awesomest place i have stayed in my vacation. Thank you Mr. Paul and team for making our vacation so memorable and wonderful. The rooms were so clean and tidy. Really felt like home. The food was also very tasty and thank you Susan for your Cooking class. That was very helpful. Linu was also such an adorable and cute boy who helped us in every way he could. We had an amazing stay. The property is conveniently located a short tuk tuk ride from the town and in the quietness of a forest. Paul and his family are lovely hosts. The food was delicious! Paul was very helpful giving us advice about places to visit. The room is beautiful with a balcony overlooking the forest. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad
