Nice location with a wonderful view of Muthanga forest. You'll be so refreshed with the chirping of birds and greenery. The owner will take care of your tummy with some good home-made dishes. Overall a great experience.

We went as a family with 2 kids. Reached there at night and it was dark. Was able to hear only water flow and Sajan bro said that wildlife starts from the other end of the stream. Rooms were neat. We ordered dinner and it was served from restaurant and it was good. Compared to our other stay past 2 days, felt this place to be too chill. Next day morning we woke up and it was a delight to see the place in light of morning sunrise. There was a small pond with water diverted from the stream and Sajan bro took us in his small boat for a ride. Went to the adjacent stream and had nice time there. Overall it was a good experience at affordable cost.

The worst stays that i have ever found pathetic road they don't have a proper parking space and the road was all muddy no proper lights and too steep roads and it is not at all like how it is shown in the pictures we were very disappointed with what we saw when we got there and the person was very rude when he spoke to us and blamed us for selecting the place by saying it is "YOU PROBLEM" please save your money don't get scammed at such places. Worst experience ever.

MOST DISSAPOINTING AND WORST PLACE! -100/10 Honest Review, Please don't get scammed by this place, we didn't get our refund back and had to look for another place. Was such a bad start to a vacation. Want to give this place a Minus rating! Found this place online, contacted them directly and had specifically asked if the roads to the stay were good as we had taken a big car, they lied about it. The road to the location is extremely steep and narrow, not even a proper parking space, will end up damaging the car in parking and to take the car up and down the steep again and again. We had to walk up the road since a car couldn't handle the load up the steep. So after reaching, we see the place not hygienic, another muddy route to walk down to the stay... slippery muddy down way path no lights and it'llbe very difficult to carry the luggage. Didn't look safe for friends group with girls etc or family with females, as the accommodation was more further and Shaddy and Shabby. The water stream types is a small fish muddy pond looks opposite up front. We saw the place and left immediately as they are doing a false advertisement looks nothing like the pictures, we were so in shock as we have traveled so far and seeing that we have been scammed. Since we left we decided not to go back down the steep as it would damage our car. We called and asked them for our Refund of atleast half the amount because we got scammed they didn't give it back, and argued and absused us instead! Probably running the stay without a license. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great place located in between lush greenery surrounded by bamboo and birds chirping around.....The scenic view from rooms makes this place even more special. The owner is extremely friendly and highly recommended for anyone who is planning a stay.

We had an excellent stay in the Exotica Holiday!! Very good and fresh indian breakfast, clean and big rooms, balcony with nice view and calm place. That there is no wifi is no problem if you have a simcard from airtel, because you have good cell phone reception. We were the only guests and the family was very kind, helpful and gave us a nice view in their cluture. The owner of the hotel organized everything for us, did a walking tour in the forest, rent us his scooter, drove us to the town and organized a massage for us. We stayed five nights. Thank you so so much for everything!

This is an excellent homestay....had. A wonderful time... perfect location.... beautiful place to relax....best hospitality...enjoyed every moment staying here....thank u...sure to visit again...and not to forget very good food.....amazing....plz visit this place👍♥️

Amazing stay, amazing hospitality, good climate surrounded by forest and fish farm. Great place for weekend escape.
