We stayed at Torch Ginger for 4 days, 3 night. Our stay at the resort was an unforgettable experience. The rooms are really spacious with clean toilets, one of 'em with bathtub. We also stayed in the tent for a day just to experience the wilderness. It was amazing with poolside view. Delicious home food, breakfast is complimentary. Special gratitude to Ms.Yamini for the hospitality and the care through out our stay at the resort. Btw, Wayanad is back to normal and Torch Ginger resort would be best to stay.

We appreciated and enjoyed our approximately 10 day stay at Torch Ginger this past June. The host’s were fantastic, helpful and just really nice people you immediately think of as friends. They go out of their way to assist you but are not “intrusive”. The home is incredible and the area is great to travel around Wayanad from. If you are a foodie, you will take delight in the breakfast, just wonderful. I found it very walkable which was great as Sulthan Bathery can get busy at night. Communications was smooth and easy with the hosts. Definitely recommended if you are seeking accommodation in Sulthan Bathery which affords you privacy and a great atmosphere.

Our stay at Torch Ginger was beyond amazing. We stayed here for a couple of days with our pet and we all loved it. The hospitality was very warm and comfortable. The food was very generous and tasty, as if eating at home. The conversations with them were very comfortable, as if talking with family. The property in itself is very tastefully designed and a wonderful experience to stay. Would definitely come back whenever we are passing by Wayanad :)

Chanced upon torch ginger , and I was not in the best of health when I checked in. But Yamini and Rajesh took care of me like family. They gave me mothercare with warm food, medicine, a room with a balcony and a beautiful vista which made me feel better instantly. Torch ginger is a cosy home with warm hosts and a beautiful garden. Close to the town, yet away from the hustle, I would highly recommend this pad for nature lovers.

This is a family run facility which is really nice. It is in close vicinity of Sulthan Battery town yet away from any city rush. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were super clean and cosy with good privacy. The facility has a pond around it filled with fishes and ducks. The evenings were made special by a bonfire. For bookings breakfast is complimentary which is very delicious and homely. The facility is also introducing camping facility which will be starting in a while. If you are considering staying in Wayanad with your family, this is definitely the place to be in.

How do I begin! Came across this property while I was on lookout for a best rated homestay in Wayanad. We, as a family, stayed in this property for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We didn’t feel like stepping out for any sight seeing. Hosts are just amazing people you’ll ever meet, they are kind, caring and felt more like a family. My son aged 8yrs is an introvert and Mr. Rajesh and Mrs. Yamini had kept him so entertained with activities like campfire setup, some sports activities, fishing, feeding the ducks and we were surprised to see him follow them everywhere. My son will never forget this experience. Food they served was filled with love, hygienic and completely home cooked. It was delicious too. Will definitely pay another visit with a larger group.
