Appoos Homestay

This is a great option for anyone who is looking for a premium homestay in Thiruvalla. Located in an upmarket area and tucked away from the hustle bustle and traffic of the city, this homestay promises to be a wonderful place for a large group or families to stay in. Rooms and kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances. Four bedrooms with attached bathroom and AC. The house is basically a palatial villa with ample parking, WiFi, hot running water, TV and other facilities. The garden has a good gazebo for any tea and coffee in a lazy morning breakfast or evening tea occasion. The charges per day are also premium but am told that the owner can be reasonable for long stay customers.

A beautiful house with good ambience and a super open concept. Four air-conditioned rooms and attached baths make this a perfect place to stay for a family or group of 8-10; whether it's for a quick stay or NRI vacation HQ. A caretaker is available if anything is needed. The owner was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. The best part about this house is that it is so close to town center- everything you'll need is very accessible via foot or wheels. Few things that shouldn't dissuade you from booking this place but good to note to prepare for your stay: 1. Wi-Fi is free and fast but it can be pretty spotty around the house/property. 2. This house has a lot of natural light and will never feel stuffy as the living area features large windows that are open but netted and secure. However this does mean that it can get dusty pretty quick and that you hear the occasional beeps and hustle and bustle from the light traffic that flows on the road throughout the day. The dust is never a huge concern as the caretaker is always on-hand to sweep and clean the house as needed/at your request. The beeps from traffic...well if you're in India you'll need to get used to it anyway. 3. Lot of strays in the area: they won't bother you but if you leave the gate open for long periods of time a few may come in for a snooze under the car porch's shade. Feel free to book with peace of mind. You get what is advertised.

Our group of ten stayed here for two day/night ie. 27-12-2020 and 28.12.2020. We had homely feeling and a very good ambiance. We received a good support from the Owner Shri. Babu and his son Ajish, moreover caretaker Shri. Rajesh. He arranged tasty food from local caterer Shri. Joemon. My advice is that don't hesitate to book this beautiful and spacious homestay whenever you want to stay in and around Thiruvalla.

We as a group stayed here for 3 nights and it was all good. Every rooms were sparkling clean. Rajesh (caretaker) delivered everything exceptionally good, he is very helpful.

Sparkling clean property with an extremely helpful owner Mr. Babu Varghese, Who went out of his way to see our comfort. This is my only homestay in thiruvalla that delivered precisely what was advertised. - Beautiful villa - free WI-FI - super clean - very private - Beautiful garden - Car parking - Any time Hot water - Homely food (as per request) A real 5 star homestay Will love to return someday.

Great place to stay with family while organizing family functions, weddings etc. 4 bed rooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen, car porch, additional parking space, lavish lawn and a spacious dining cum living room with great ambience.

Awsome,abiance, value for money.. full comfort,24hrs attendat,bueitifull place to stay ,very clean and higenic, managed by proffectionels,easy reach yo city centrr ,hospitals,star hotels , and shopping, complexes..and many other..
