In simple words feel like home especially for family. Had a beautiful loving days out there. It's located near to temple , vettukkad church, shangumugham beach and Lulu. Care takers were friendly and supportive. The way to this residency is small for big cars, but inside the residency it's spacious. Overall it was a beautiful space.

Very nice place. Good for someone who is looking for an apartment on a daily basis. Car parking available. They will clean the room and change the bed throws on alternative days. Well maintained property with a full time care taker. The only problem is the location and the road to the property is very narrow. One car can go at a time. If it's a suv or sedan it's very difficult in the turning.

It’s a great place to stay. Me and my family feel the best experience staying there. This property is very well maintained and very suitable for families...Room, hall, kitchen, bathroom everything is comfortable. We loved the ambience, especially my 3 years baby. It's feel like our home. And one of the best thing is , Mr. Jose. He was awesome, very friendly & very helpfull. Also thanks to Mr. Sajith(Taxi driver +918943556063)||I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Great value for money. The apartment offers clean, spacious units at affordable price. Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

Good for someone who is looking for apartment on daily basis or Group travellers.Travancore mall is located at a walking distance as well as the international terminal.The rooms were clean the apartment was huge,washrooms were a bit congested.The way to hotel is a narrow lane only a single car can enter the lane.Parking facilities were provided.

Getting to this location is tough due to narrow roads in the middle of residential area. Only small cars can go. Rooms are very clean and service was really good. Price was pretty good. Closer to the airport. Stayed there for only 2-3 hours just to get refreshed and relax before the flight travel.

Me and my family had a very nice stay at Indeevaram Residency.The rooms are very clean and spacious. It was exactly as the pictures shown in the site. The staffs were very helpful. There was no restaurant available, but the front desk boy helped me in collecting food from the nearby restaurant. The Lulu mall was 3km away and cab was arranged by them for the drop.We will definitely visit again. Thank you Indeevaram
