Stayed here for a night , and its just next to the airport . If you are not carrying heavy luggage , i recommed you to just walk . Taxi over the airport is super expensive and they dont drop you right front of the motel . Because the road is really horrible and they dont dare to drive through out the road . They charged me 550 not even 1 min of driving . Very dissapointing . Rooms is just ok , couldnt expect much because its cheap . They serve breakfast , lunch and dinner as well .

Very good property just near to the sea and you can enjoy the stay for sure ! View is so amazing and it’s so quiet and calm ! Owner is so good ! Highly Recommended

It was really really good like a dream when you talk with owners and any person who works there they have cute smile and morning breakfast was just amazing with coffee and when we wanted to travel to munnar and kanyakumari like how to get bus and what's a cab price and all they really helped us cause there was a lit bit leaungue barrier but we had nice conversation with lady and she is just perfect she receives calls and msgs everytime it was best

Unclean stay, false promise about the premises during the enquiry. Very poor customer service, not even basics requirements were arranged. While paying advance few days back, the incharge confirmed on breakfast & stay details, but didn't arrange breakfast and provide stay area properly. They also spoke very badly to the customers and il-treated us during the checkout. At the closure payment, we requested to meet the spoc to speak regarding all these discomforts. They literally thretened us with wrong & curse words, it's completely unprofessional. This nutshell incharges are very wrong in treating us as customers. This place is not right/good for family stay. We never faced such worst experience prior anywhere. They collected Rs. 6400 for 2days. Because of their worng responses and behaviour, we checked-in late and checked-out earlier for our own safety. While choosing the stay, be catious. Do not get stuck with such kind people, and waste your money. This will spoil the day and waste of additional expenses too. We travelled nearly 450kms for a temple visit to trivandrum. Everyone we met in trivandram was wonderful & more welcoming. It was pleasant trip, except for this specific stay "NUTSHELL".

Staying at this place was a good experience. It's run by a lovely couple who prioritize safety and hospitality. When I expressed discomfort about traveling with an unfamiliar male driver late at night, the owner personally came to pick me up. Additionally, they went above and beyond by returning my expensive glasses and even waited for us on our way to the airport.
