We booked it at last minute. It was worth. It's huge property. Very full Furnished having all things needed. 4 bedrooms, common sitting area, well maintained, have kitchen, utensils to use. Property is amidst lush green. They have kept all old things as decorated pieces in lawn area. Liked the swings all over places. They can improve on cleaning on kitchen are and things. Overall we had good experience, recommended overall

No complaints - was a very clean location with lots to do. Only issue was the gym was lacking with a dumbbell but other then that it’s all fine.

Great experience. Benny is an experienced host. The location is also good, away from city noise but still 5 minutes bike ride to Railway Station and other areas.

Belljam Homes was a lovely surprise. We had booked the 3 bhk section of this 7 bedroom house (which offers you flexible options for stays) and had a wonderful time. There's a separate entrance for our area with an electronic number lock (shared to us alongside a very well made, detailed pdf explaining the area and amenities) leading to a wonderful section comprising 3 bedrooms, a vast sitting room and dining room area and also a kitchen with all the modern amenities required. For us, the star of the evening was of course the clubhouse behind the house (which can be used beyond regular hours privately by your team for a nominal charge per person). A quirky garden with motion detectors to help you walk in the dark leads to this clubhouse with a quaint swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tv, AC, bean bag, funky lights, books and bar setup for private parties. The garden itself is amazing and would be great for hosting small parties and functions, I reckon. Plentiful parking - easily 4 to 5 big vehicles. would definitely recommend.

I went here with 5 friends(total 6 PPL). I got the 3 bed- 2 bathroom room. Firstly, the rooms were amazing. Great value for money. We had a balcony too and sitting there was very serene and peaceful. The house had a fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator which made it easy to cook and eat food. Secondly, speaking about the club house, it had everything we needed - a 4 feet pool, a small shower pool and a jacuzzi. It also had a grilling area. The caretaker arranged some coal and petrol for us. The chicken has to be brought by us. Even though we were unsuccessful at grilling, it turned out to be a wholesome experience. Lastly, the caretaker was very helpful and kind towards us. We had forgotten a few things at the place and left. He called us promptly and informed us about the same. He gave us privacy and didn't intrude us either. I would suggest this place for a group of friends hoping to have a good time together. I would definitely go here again.

We were a large group and had booked the house completely for our stay. The entire property was clean and well maintained, rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The host was very friendly and supportive. The property is in a prime location at the heart of Thrissur town but nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood. It is very suitable for large gatherings and events.

A home for those who have lost roots in " God's own Country ". A fully furnished and well setup accommodation. I insist all visitors to reside here and operate around. Well stocked up house with all ambience and asthetics. The property staff was matured, humble and very cooperative in assisting all needs. Be sure, I have found a place to reside in God's own Country.
