Best place to stay in budget, rooms are clean with 24hrs hot water. 200m narrow road to reach place from main road But that gives an awesome view from the balcony

Dear all, Am dileep. Travels owner. I had a package of 6 persons for vagamon and kochi. I had booked two cottages of Sam valley resort for 23-aug-2024. Unfortunately guest father expired a day before and they had to cancel the trip. Communicated the same to sam valley resort and a hotel in kochi. Kochi hotel returned the advance paid. Sam valley was not ready to do it. They were saying they don't have to return the advance if cancelled. Yes,it's true. They don't have to return. But here the case is guests father's death. Sam valley must have considered the situation. Later on they never picked my call or reply in whatsapp. Whenever anybody do booking pls consider my message. There is no consideration even in the case of death. Such unkindful persons are handling the cottage. I have informed all my travel agent friends about this cottage and shared the photos and contact details to avoid this cottage. Dileep.J

We stayed for one day, rooms are clean and neat. Chechi and cheta was nice

Decent property, well maintain stayed there for three nights (25-27 / 12/23) and felt very comfortable. The property owners guided us on the local place to visit. The toilets and the bed are clean and fresh. They also provide kettle on request to make our own hot water for drinking and prepare black tea. Wifi available with good network.

Good and neat place, affordable and very nice place,nature friendly,owner was very helpful person, availability of shops near,love that place,make my vagamon trip most memorable 🥰🥰🥰

Really good stay. We stayed here for two days, view from here was very good. Most affordable stay and hospitality is also very good. I would recommend this stay for everyone.

We were 11 stags stayed here on Oct 1 and 2, Have to admit, Its " Value for Money". Situated just half a km from the centre. Completely private with a beautiful view. Hospitality is at top notch. Both Madam and Uncle helped us in many ways which they dont have to. Thanks Madam. 😊🙏🏻. Would suggest this property for a budget stay for both families and friends. Its safe and fantastic. 😊
