"Our stay at tranquil bay was deeply disappointing and The room was visibly unclean upon arrival, with dust, cobwebs.The bathroom was unhygienic. No hot water .The common areas were unkempt and not as pictured. "We felt uncomfortable uncleanliness rooms and insects like lizards, cockroaches in the rooms. The location was misrepresented, making it difficult to access or travelling.This entire experience significantly impacted our vacation, leaving us feeling stressed and frustrated rather than relaxed. I strongly advise anyone considering "Rustic Retreat Homestay" to look elsewhere. It was a complete disappointment and certainly not worth the price.

The owners, Azif and Suhail, were incredibly welcoming and always available to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their hospitality made me feel at home, and their local recommendations were truly helpful. One of the biggest advantages of Tranquil Bay is its location—just 800 meters from Varkala Cliff. This makes it super convenient to explore the vibrant cafes, shops, and stunning beaches nearby. The peaceful surroundings add to the charm, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Tranquil Bay to anyone visiting Varkala. Whether you’re here for a short or long stay, this place offers great comfort, excellent service, and easy access to all the main attractions. Would definitely return!

I’ve tried multiple times to post our experience, including images as proof, but the reviews never appear on your page. It’s extremely disappointing—and frankly suspicious—that your system blocks honest feedback. We booked your rooms for the nights of the 4th and 5th of July under the name Shiva, and we were hoping to share our experience publicly. It feels like the owner is deliberately preventing negative reviews from being posted, which is highly unprofessional and unfair to future guests who deserve transparency.

Tranquil Bay – A Great Stay in Varkala Had an amazing stay at Tranquil Bay! The rooms—Green, Lavender, and Blue—are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Azif and Suhail, the hosts, are super friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect—just 800m from Varkala Cliff, close to Varkala Shivagiri, and near Varkala Shivagiri Railway Station, making it easy to explore. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay! Would love to visit again.
