Be assured for your booking to get cancelled. They dont wait for customers to even come for check in. I booked my room at 8.30 in the evening for the next day. The manager was greedy enough to cancel my booking at 8 in the morning (even when the check in time was 2) just so as to give it to some other customer in front of him. And to my surprise when I reached for my check in at 2.53 in the afternoon the manager was bluntly arrogant enough to deny me my booking saying customer who book on booking.com and agoda and such other sites do not appear for stay. So we have to face losses. And the only excuse he gave me was he sent me a message at 6 in the morning to which I didn't respond made him do it. After travelling for so long in Kerala, this is the worst experience I've got. Please stay away from the property

Loved this place, the rooms were good and the service was really good . The people here helped me in sorting my trip and did lot of help in arranging many requisites . Really recommend them if you plan to stay near the cliff. All the mainstream cafes are also nearby (hardly 500 meters ).

Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The team was busy with renovation work, hence quite a few things are WIP. There is parking in the property. The team quickly helped us with surfing classes. Rooms are clean and ensure a peaceful sleep , night and daytime too😋 Few things to improve, breakfast inclusion in the room tariff. Hot drinking water availability.

This is a good property to stay. Neat and clean room, Near to cliff. We did early checking and they helped us in that also. Property maintained by good bunch of guys. You will feel good and lively..

This hotel is very close to cliff. Though there's no food available here except for breakfast on request, it's just a 5mins walkable distance to main market and all big restaurants. Rooms are very well maintained and the staff are very courteous and approachable for any difficulty Highly recommend for the best budget stays

Amazing place to stay in Varkala. Quiet, spacious, clean, respect and amazing location. Couldn’t recommend this place more - i saw some others for similar price range in Varkala and they did not even compare. Owner also drove to drop my airpods to me that I forgot, honest family and safe place to stay.

Location and rooms are good. However, cleaning of rooms need improvement especially dusting in ac room. There is no facilty for morning tea or even provided a kettle to get some hot water in the morning . Till the cafe is opened atleast they should arrange for atleast a morning tea either by in-house cooking or getting from outside.
