Happy Buddha Homestay

A proper homestay. Stayed here for 3 days at first but extended for the whole week. Its just an easygoing place. Rooms are clean and well conditioned. Roshan and his team made sure everything would be alright and are always available to help, literally!

Beautiful villa near varkala cliff with 4 rooms 2 living rooms, dinning tables,sofa, a huge balcony and a kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, RO. It does have a television and a lightning fast wifi. Owner is very cool.

It's good place to stay and it's nearby to the cliff and black sand beach. Service was good and rooms were fine. Could improve the beds and cleaning but it wasn't bad at all. Food cost is high but understandable as it's a tourist spot. The atmosphere of the place is really good.

We booked this place as it was seemingly the best one in terms of ROI for us. But the place surprised us even more. The owner Roshan was very welcoming, warm in his reception and proactively added us to a WhatsApp group with detailed information on each aspect of a stay at a tourist place. The place was clean, well maintained and very budget friendly. We originally had plan to stay here for one day only, but due to the amazing response we got here for our stay, we spent all 3 days of our Varkala trip here only. We would surely stay here again whenever we visit Varkala !

Had and amazing experience at happy Buddha homestay. The owner Roshan was available to me and my needs at all times . The guest house has a lot of comfortable places to chill and a kitchen to cook.

Very peaceful place with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Away from noise and near to simple eateries. Chechi, the lady who stays haere is so beautiful inside and out. Nice garden with big trees and shady veranda and loads of birds.

Best place to feel like home in Varkala. Rooms are spacious and there is garden, balcony and kitchen. Walking distance to the beach. Recommended
