The room is beautiful but our reviews may different. According to service I should say 10/10 as they give everything for your bath and sleep except food which is available but still they recommend you to eat nearby restaurants. They have an Excellent restaurant a little bit far but the foods are worth it. About the location the beach is not far, a narrow path will take you to a shortcut path from where you can easily go from the hotel to the beach.

The accommodations were excellent. The rooms were well-appointed and provided all the facilities as promised. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the attached washroom was impressive, and the outdoor space was particularly lovely, offering a serene and beautiful environment. The location is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the cliff, offering a peaceful environment despite its close proximity to the cliff.

"Disappointing Experience at Rita's Homestay – Not Worth the Cost" I recently stayed at Rita's Homestay and was very disappointed. While they allow you to pay at the hotel, they surprise you with additional taxes upon arrival. The kitchen was poorly maintained, with rusted vessels and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the property. For female travelers, security is minimal, adding to the discomfort. They did not provide the promised breakfast, nor did they even offer basic essentials like bottled or filtered water.

I had rented the place for 2 nights with my friends, totaling about 19 of us. We were all students at the time. We booked 4 AC bedrooms and one non-AC bedroom. Despite the relatively cheap price we paid, we didn't expect a high-quality stay. However, to our surprise, the house was well-kept and lived up to all the photos provided for reference. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate five of us in each room, and the washrooms were clean. The place had been maintained with care, as if it were our own home. The staff were polite and accommodating. One major advantage was its proximity to the beach, with online food delivery services also available in the area. Furthermore, there was a kitchen that we could utilize. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. Whether it's for family or friends, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Location of the property is very near to beach and the environment is so peaceful. Mam was so kind. Rooms are neat and clean. Surely ll recommend to others.

We were so happy to have found Rita’s. It feels like a breath of fresh air, we absolutely loved our room, the little balcony and the amenities in the kitchen. So grateful for our stay we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

It is a quiet place. Very near to the beginning of the cliff. A nice homestay with few rooms. Clean and Neat. Don't expect a star facility. Towels and Soap were provided. Parking is available. Host Rita was very accommodating.

The room was big and there were trees all around so you would feel the peace being within a garden. Most of the power outlets don't work. The toilet seat was broken. The shower is not usable. The rate of the rooms were pretty much high.
