The place was very nice and clean. All four rooms were spacious and had attached washrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and accessible for use. Parking was available, and the property caretaker, Anandhu, was very helpful and friendly. Varkala cliff and beach are within walking distance.

Very Poor Customer Service Experience We booked a room through Booking.com, and the reservation was confirmed. I even called the property in advance to inform them that we would be arriving at night, and they agreed without any issue. However, upon reaching Varkala station and contacting them again, the staff started shouting at us and informed us that they had given our room to someone else. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The customer service was unacceptable, and the way the situation was handled was very poor. Due to this situation we need to search for another property
