Two days before we stayed they have only 10x10 room. Bed is not good, fan is not good very warm inside the room like burning inside hot stove.......... They wont say anything proper....... Looting money from the public....... Please dont book this room....... They are charging rs 5000 but room is not worth rs 700...... Many good rooms are available near by for 5000......i believe remaining reviews are fake review..... They asked to do before check in....... Very worst experience..... Bunch of idiots are working here.....

What more to ask for. Villa calathea is best place for solo travellers to stay. People working there were friendly and helpful. Neat and clean place. They will help us with everything.
