Sansree's Puzhakkal Riverview Cottage

The resort is really bad and the service was worse. Recently we visited there and when we went to the pool there was a dead rat in it. The caretaker took care of it and we all started to swim then one of us stepped on another dead rat in the pool. Horrible experience never gonna visit this place ever again in my life

We have been treated very well by the host Srikanth and his wife along with their staff. The meal was awesome, some of which were home made. Location was prefect for a slightly adventurous family, with activities like kayaking in the river, kayaking in the pool, swimming pool, riding bikes and a little trucking as well. We will come back anytime. The good thing is that the management is very eager to listen to constructive feedbacks as well.

Wow! What an experience it was! Budget friendly, quick service, amazing amenities, river view, farm view, camping facilities & so many more. The view is splendid and the staff make you feel like home. The way to reach the villa was a completely off-roading experience. It was truly a pleasant stay and we got to have a great time with family. Amenities: 1. Carrom board 2. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and refrigerator 3. Clean bathrooms 4. Clean, drinkable tap water 5. Car parking area 6. Caravan, Jeep (to be rented) 7. Tents, hammocks 8. Kayaks, boats (allowed only when the police certify safety of waters during the year) And many more. The staff are friendly and hospitable. This place is modern with a touch of vintage and ancestral Kerala. 😍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sansree's Puzhakkal Riverview Cottage in Wayanad, Kerala, and it was an unforgettable experience. My two-day stay at this lovely villa was filled with natural beauty, comfort, and great moments spent with friends and family. The first thing that struck me about this villa was the breathtaking greenery that surrounds it. Wayanad is known for its lush landscapes, and Sansree's Puzhakkal Riverview Cottage truly lives up to the region's reputation. The villa is nestled amidst pristine nature, with dense forests and a picturesque river adding to the charm. The verdant views from the cottage were a treat for the eyes, and the serene atmosphere provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I had a good experience with sansree, all things are good and service from them are really appreciatable. Rooms are very neat and clean with beautiful scenic plantation around all the area. Highly recommended for who are willing to visit wayanad. If the construct a bridge near to the cottage means it was too good. Hope they construct it soon....

Fantastic place, coconut on arrival was a lovely touch. Lovely and cool in the evenings and mornings. Great view of the jungle and banana palms. Right next to an awesome river which you can swim in. Room was exactly what we wanted. Treehouse on stilts with ensuite. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful when it came to booking travel. Internet was a bit patchy at the place but that was because of the storms and power cuts. Not their fault. They did set up a van to give us back up power which was very good of them. 5 star place all round. What would make this place even better? Mini fridge 😉

Fantastic Homestay in the midst of farms! Right next to a river. From the balcony, we could view the river. The room was exactly what we wanted. Neat and clean with WiFi.
