NOSTALGIA Homestay

What a wonderful stay we had, Ours was 2 day trip, the house is big enough to accommodate 7-8 people. The surroundings are lush green with occasional chirping of birds disturbing in a melodious way, which can be enjoyed with a hot cup of tea/coffee from the fully loaded kitchen. The owner - Mr. Praveen is gem of a person going far beyond in helping you from every aspect be it trip planning, coordinating & taking care of all the necessities. The care taker also is a wonderful human being residing just few steps away. And did i forgot to mention, you will have a lot of options to sit and enjoy the surroundings in a peaceful way. The only drawback i can think of is the size of room on ground floor but that's the beauty of this cozy place, can be completely ignored. It made our weekend wonderful.

I really enjoyed the stay, room and the open kitchen was damm usefull. The owner was also fully informative and helpful for the recommendations of places to visit. And my overall satisfaction with this stay, mentioning that I had a wonderful experience, felt welcomed, and would highly recommend this Homestay to others .

1). Individual standalone double-storey House with 2 small rooms having attached bathroom. 2). Inside house is built with good aesthetics' sufficient for a short stay with a family of 3-4 members 3). On the dead end of the small lane adjacent to main Highway adjacent in Vythiri town 4). Most of the recreational activities are nearby within the range of 5-20 kms 5). Host is readily available on phone to provide necessary information with links, photos, videos as needed 6). Be a little conscious & cautious of seasonal mosquitos, ants, fliers which are a plenty in and around the facility & may trouble you, if you are allergic or sensitive.

Our rooms was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Beyond the comfortable accommodations and delicious food, what truly sets this homestay apart is the genuine care and attention provided by the hosts. Whether offering recommendations for local attractions or simply engaging in friendly conversation, Praveen went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Nostalgia highly enough. It was really a good experience staying in your homestay. Loved the isolated nature of the place. Wonderful morning views and had good time .Ambience is good and rooms are neat and clean. Praveen's hospitality has been exceptional from the moment we booked.He offered valuable insights on local attractions. Not only he ensured our comfort, also made us feel like we were at our own house.

What an amazing homestay. The house is even better than the pictures, with plenty of space inside and surrounded by beautiful nature. Praveen made our stay perfect by helping us with any problems, giving us the best recommendations and always being available. Joy the caretaker was nearby and was able to help us if we ever wanted. It was great experience staying in this resort. We traveled in group of 17 members and we all had great time. It was fun all the time during the stay. Great location and Isolated from rest of world. It was continually raining and we were enjoying it. All good. Recommend to everyone who choose thier holiday destination as wayanad and travel in groups. Took some shorts video as well.
