The Positives: • Ground Floor Room: We were allocated a room on the ground floor, which was convenient for us. • Budget-Friendly: It provides a pocket-friendly option if you just need a place to sleep and freshen up during a short temple visit. Concerns & Important Tips for Travelers: • Transport Issues: Finding an auto-rickshaw directly from the property is difficult. You have to walk down the road a bit or wait around for one to pass by. There are many alternative hotels located directly on the main road or much closer to the temple gates that offer better convenience. • No Ride-Hailing Apps: Please note that Ola and Uber do not operate in Guruvayur. You will need to rely entirely on local autos or prepare to walk a fair bit if you choose to stay here. • No Elevator: The property does not have a lift. If you are traveling with elderly family members, make sure to request a ground-floor room in advance; otherwise, climbing the stairs will be a challenge. Verdict: Do not expect luxury or high-end amenities. It is a very basic homestay that gets the job done for a quick, affordable family halt, provided you don't mind walking a little for transport.

The Best Homestay in the Area by Far! An excellent place to stay, especially for anyone visiting the nearby temple. The location is very convenient, making temple visits easy and hassle-free. The homestay offers a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere, making the entire stay truly memorable. The hospitality and overall experience make it stand out from other accommodation options in the area. Everything about the stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a pleasant experience. Stayed here with my family during our Guruvayur visit. The location was really convenient, especially since the temple is very close. The rooms were comfortable and the service was good. We had a wonderful stay with my family at this homestay by previous month near Guruvayur Temple . The location is very convenient for visiting the temple, and the place was comfortable and peaceful. We booked the full house at Agraharam Homestay for our dance group, and we are very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, and the best part is that the homestay is very close to Guruvayur Temple, which made everything convenient for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are very satisfied with the hospitality.
