Just 1 km from Guruvayur and very near to Mammiyur temple, this is a home like accomodation, prefered for families (even though I am a solo traveler). The staff was patient and comfortable to address the queries. He also guided on how to spend Ashtami Rohini in the best way possible.

We paid an additional ₹500 for an AC room, but unfortunately, the AC was not functioning properly. There were also power supply issues early in the morning, making it difficult even to use the lights properly. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition and had a serious cockroach issue, which was quite unpleasant. What was more disappointing was the management’s lack of concern in addressing these problems, with no effort made to resolve the issues or reconsider the charges despite the inconvenience caused. Overall, the pricing is unreasonably high for the quality of the room and service provided.

I stayed at Krishnagiri during my solo visit to Guruvayoor Temple, and it was a truly lovely experience. The location is peaceful and close to the temple, which made everything feel calm and special.|The home is beautifully decorated, with simple and elegant interiors that feel warm and welcoming. As a single lady travelling alone, I felt completely safe and comfortable here. Krishnagiri felt just like home.|Caretakers Mr. Vinod and Srikanth became my great friends during the stay. Their kindness and respectful nature made me feel like I was with my own brothers. They took care of everything with such warmth and sincerity.|To all ladies planning a visit—don’t hesitate to stay at Krishnagiri. It’s a place where you’ll feel protected, peaceful, and truly cared for.|When I think of Guruvayoorappa, Krishnagiri comes to mind. The place and the temple feel beautifully connected in my heart. I’m thankful for the peaceful stay and the sweet memories. I hope to visit again.

I had a very disappointing stay at Krishnagiri Homes in Guruvayoor. The service was poor from the beginning, and the manager’s behavior came across as rude and unprofessional whenever we raised concerns. We paid ₹1,250 for a non AC room, which felt overpriced for what was offered. In the same area, there are much better accommodations available, including AC rooms for ₹1,000 or less. Considering the price, the room quality and overall service did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. There are better options nearby that offer better value and more respectful customer service.

Very bad experience with the stay. The property looks good from outside, however the room was dirty and not cleaned. There were some used handkerchief below the bed. No hot water available, no aircon. We left the room in few hours. The place not worth the price charged.
