El-roi Homestay

The home stay was very comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Above all, the hosts were very kind and welcoming. They helped us plan our sightseeing and arranged vehicle with affordable rates. Mr. Thomas suggested that we take the easy route to return back to our native and helped us book tickets. He even called us to check if we returned safe and sound. I would strongly recommend this stay for family and friends.

I stayed at Elroy homestay for 3 nights and it was lovely. Ancy and Thomas did everything to make me feel comfortable. I was unwel during my stay and Ancy was so caring and kind to me. The couple really are the friendliest people I've ever stayed with. Ancy makes delicious home cooked food and is always laughing and smiling. Thomas is also a very jolly fellow and organised a couple of sight seeing trips for me. When I was leaving they took me to the bus station and waited till the bus came before saying goodbye. I couldn't have had nicer hosts.

El-Roy home stay is just another home with a homely food and environment.Its like staying in your home. Even though its on the road side you may miss the entry if you don't pay attention and there were no big name boards when we visited there (1-April-2018).Rooms are clean neat and comfortable and suitable for family. Also you can relax in balcony common hall and other free spaces in the house. You will also get a typical Kerala breakfast. The owners, Uncle and Aunt were helpful in guiding us to the local attractions with their proper instructions.Parking is limited to occupy 3 cars maximum. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us (me and my wife) :-) .

El roy home stay is good and Mr. Thomas and Ancy treated us really well. It was a delight to stay in here. The breakfast idiyappam and kadla curry was really yummy. A real pleasant and secure place to stay. He also guided in exploring the visiting places. 1980s- a Nostalgic restaurant, beside this homestay is a must try and truly Nostalgic. And they prefer family guests.

Good homestay. The owners are a joy to talk to, but privacy might be a problem since they stay in the same house and one risks barging into people trying to study with books and laptops. Guests are provided with a single hotel-like room, there is no kitchen space or lobby- space.
