The stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the ambience, structuaral beauty and the hospitality very well. Rhe room is spacious and well maintained. Food is homely. It will be nice to provide some indoor and outdoor games facilities.

A fantastic location for connecting with nature. It is so peaceful only birds chirping and trees swaying can be heard. The property is designed for comfort and community if you want to. Vineesh and Abhi are such kind and helpful hosts. They are happy to help in anyway. We enjoyed a sunset walk in the lovely surroundings with Vineesh. It is a perfect place to explore further during the day and return to a relaxing retreat at the end of the day.

Amazing stay – feels like family! 💓I can honestly say this was the best, most generous, and personal hospitality I have experienced in India, and perhaps anywhere. The Location: The hotel is in a stunning spot. It’s surrounded by lush greenery and nature, yet only a few minutes away from Kalpetta city center. The perfect balance.The Rooms & Facilities: The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The pool is large, beautiful, and located in an incredible setting. The Staff: Above all, it’s the people. Abhi and Vineesh are rare gems. They were so patient, dedicated, and kind. They helped me plan my entire trip in India, handled all the arrangements, and took care of my vacation as if I were family.Thank you so much! Great location in the hills above Kalpetta, and away from the busy town. Rooms are big, and well appointed. The swimming pool was a lovely place to spend time relaxing after a day of exploring. Friendly hosts - but they work there, it’s not really a homestay. They helped with organising trips, booking national park entrance and guides via online portal, but I think they could have been a bit more prepared for this - it felt like they were discovering how to do it at the same time as us - it was tricky to work out how to pay for booking those things without an Indian bank account and phone number. But they will have learnt from our experience, and in the end they did book for us and we paid them in cash. For evening meals, you have to plan ahead - restaurants in town can deliver, with notice. We just bought stuff from the supermarket in town, and made it in the kitchen. Breakfasts were included and good - although not available before 8am (some trips, e.g. Chembra Peak, require an early start).

We had a really wonderful stay here. The place is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, it truly felt like home. The hosts (Abi and Vineesh) are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they helped us with everything: activities, transport, and so much more. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much for everything, we are very grateful, and we would love to come back!!
