Elenjickal Homestay

Went there to explore Munnar as an solo backpacker on a budget trip. Got to know about this hotel via one local and i must say that it wasn't the bad choice. Manager and staff, both were good and helpful in advising the best about the area and near by sightseeing. They do organise a local sightseeing tour as per the request and the cost is almost similar in comparison of other travel desks. ||||It is situated in the centre of the city in main market near to the bus stand (5-7 mins walk). It's a good stay though but don't expect anything fancy from it like good views, wifi and all. Just a place to stay in budget to explore the city (First choice of solo backpackers). They don't have much variety in food so better go for the outside restaurants, there are plenty.. Saravana Bhavan is the best amongst all.

Very nice place for staying for both family and friends. They were so welcoming and friendly. Had delicious homemade food.

The best homestay in Munnar. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent place for affordable price and for family👌👌👌👌. We will defenetly comeback to stay here. Thank you👍👍

Had a wonderful stay at Elenjickal Homestay. The owners were extremely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious — simple, homely, and made with so much care that every meal felt like eating at home. The peaceful atmosphere, warm hospitality, and genuine care they show to guests make this place truly special. If you are visiting Munnar and looking for a comfortable stay with amazing homemade food and a family-like feeling, I would highly recommend this homestay to everyone. Definitely a place worth coming back to! ❤️

Our stay in Munnar was truly unforgettable! Surrounded by lush green tea plantations and misty hills, the entire experience felt peaceful and refreshing. The property was well-maintained, clean, and offered breathtaking views right from the room. Waking up to the cool climate and scenic beauty was the best part of our trip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
