Hearthstone (Saffronstays Arabella)

The property is stunning, very spacious, with plenty of natural light, beautiful interiors, and a fantastic location. But let me tell you, a great property alone isn’t enough – service is the most important factor. We booked this property for 2 nights for 5 adults and 2 kids. The property is designed to accommodate 8-12 adults comfortably, yet they failed to serve even 5 of us properly. At the time of booking, the management was well aware that we were traveling with 2 small children, and we also confirmed that we would have all our meals at the villa. However, apart from 1 dinner and 2 paid breakfasts, the staff could not provide any other service. The reason given was that the chef was on leave due to a personal tragedy. We tried to manage our own food, traveling a long distance to bring it back. But to our surprise, we were told that since we had brought outside food, the staff couldn’t assist us with anything – not even with utensils or basic service. This is unacceptable. Either provide food or assist us properly when we have to arrange it ourselves. Such an experience was nothing short of a disappointment.

Loved our stay here. Raj & Shreya the owners are amazing hosts. I loved spending time with them. The place is awesome. The bedrooms are spacious. Living rooms are huge. All amenities are super. The staff is superb. Always ready to serve with a smile. For My grandson the swimming pool was the place to be in forever with the flamingo. The food served here is delicious. We enjoyed our holiday thoroughly. Surely coming back.||||If you are a seafood lover then you must visit their restaurant Locale for authentic Malwan fish thali.

We had checked in for 2 nights. From the first night itself the AC in one of the room was not cooling at all. It's suprising how a so called luxury villa cannot provide basic necessities such as this. The issue was communicated to the villa staff well in advance next day early morning. They refused to act on it and didn't even bother coming to check on it until 9pm after multiple reminders. When communicated this to the management, they refused to take accountability for this and kept trying to turn around the issue by making excuses and blame the customers itself. The larger issue is not the AC but the customer service and lack of accountability.

Place was not maintained well at all. All the pictures are not representative. The villa does not look like this at all. Most of the furniture specially the couches are not cleaned and stink. Avoid this place, we reused to stay here and had to go back to Mumbai, were not even provided with a refund. The owners response and hospitality regarding this was abysmal.

Charming Villa and fabulous experience, probably one of the best vacation villas we have been to. Location is 5 mins drive from the jetty. Entire villa is very thoughtfully decorated, beds and bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, all impeccably clean on our arrival. Upper-level lounge was the highlight with a stacked mini-bar, foosball table, dining area and games, perfect for our family get together. hospitality was commendable, Vishal and staff were kind and attentive. Raj and Shreeya curated an assorted menu for our meals keeping in consideration our dietary needs and accommodating our requests. Food at villa was definitely the highlight of the stay, it was finger-licking delicious, we tried mutton, seafood and chicken meals and everything was tasty, top-quality and cooked to perfection, food package is a must include. Villa has everything to experience a luxurious and a relaxing gateway, only regret is not staying here longer, but will visit again surely. Thank you for this experience.

Brilliant stay... Place and very hospitable staff... Went with 4 families and kids... Food and place was extremely satisfying. Vishal. The care taker had taken care of the entire food part and taken care of us.

It was very convenient to reach, very close to the jetty drop. The house is very beautifully decorated and extremely well kept. The food was great and they have their own kitchen you can order from. Additionally, there is a pool, foosball table, play station. A lot of options for you to choose from and have a great time with your friends. 10/10 would recommend this for your next stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights with the family, everything was perfect. Anupam and his team were always available and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable. Raj even agreed to let me take my dog Bruno and I could not appreciate that gesture any more! The Villa has 4 spacious rooms, along with a big hall upstairs. A very modern villa with all the amenities you could ask for over a weekend. The food served to us also was great. Will definitely visit again.
