West Valley Villa Casa Harmony

We recently stayed at this villa. The ambiance is really nice, and overall, it's a very good property. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and has a good swimming pool, which added to the experience. There is a caretaker and a chef on-site. However, the food was not great. The chef tends to give a lot of suggestions, but they aren’t very helpful, so it's better not to rely on them. Would recommend the villa for the stay, but not for the food

Property is good and at serene place. However, hospitality is a major miss. Raju is a good chef but not that good with room service, very unresponsive on cleaning part, never fixed wi-fi even after requests, Gyeser didnt work in both bathrooms, had water leakage in one of bedrooms through ceiling, didnt clean property on the second day of stay. Raju should be trained on hospitality part and on communication part. I think he is under some stress, didnt see him happy or positive about anything, except COOKING. He is a good chef..no doubt but he should also learn how to treat guests well.

This villa is a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The breathtaking views and outstanding service make for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat! 😉
