We were disappointed with our stay as the listing was misleading. The pool, which was the main reason for booking as mentioned in their airbnb description (7k for 3 rooms)was under maintenance and this wasn’t disclosed. When we raised it, we were questioned for not asking about it and told that if there had been a pool, the price would have been much higher — an unprofessional response. We later found better properties in the same area with pools at lower prices(1.2-1.5k/room). The property was poorly maintained and not worth the price, with unwashed blankets and overall cleanliness issues except for the room and toilet neetness. It didn’t even meet the standards of a budget stay like OYO lodges! Room size is super small except the one with kitchen which they arranged last minute as we questioned for it. The only positive was the local caretaker, who acknowledged the issues and offered alternative arrangements. He was the only reason we didn’t cancel! This was one of the most under-maintained and unclean stays we’ve experienced.We booked via airbnb and the listing needs to be updated honestly to reflect the actual condition and avoid misleading future guests.

Amazing Experience! Had a wonderful stay at Seanest Hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the peaceful ambiance and overall vibe. Highly recommended!

Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing, and it certainly didn’t meet our expectations for a relaxing two-day stay. On the first day, we encountered a major issue when the electricity went out, which caused significant inconvenience. This unexpected power cut disrupted our plans and left us frustrated, especially since it was not immediately resolved. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a major drawback. It was situated far from Varsoli Beach, which was a key reason we chose to stay there. To make matters worse, the hotel was positioned at a dead end on one side, which made it difficult to access other areas. This limited our options for exploring and made the overall stay feel isolating. There was no connectivity to other places nearby, further restricting our ability to enjoy the surrounding areas. The lack of convenient transportation or proximity to popular spots left us feeling disconnected and trapped in a location that didn’t offer much in terms of convenience or accessibility. We never seen pay to.ask at the time of checkin in the hotel,All of these factors combined made the experience far from enjoyable, and it was certainly not the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. It’s unfortunate because we had high expectations for our stay, but the series of issues with the hotel’s location and infrastructure left us feeling dissatisfied and reluctant to return.

Rooms are not specious much smaller than shown in the picture. Not even Cleaned properly for 3 days of stay he didn't come to clean once. When we asked them to clean they said we don't clean rooms during our stay. They do have a kitchen on the terrace it's not cleaned at all. The same case happened with the swimming pool it was dirty too. We are not allowed to play loud music during the day. When we raise the music volume a little someone comes and asks us to lower the volume. You can't play music at night too.

We booked this hotel for 2 days, the room was well maintained n beautiful, they have attached balcony for having tea n doing some gossip, upstairs there is a, terrace where a group of people can enjoy have food n drinks... We enjoyed more in the pool, a small n clean pool to spend some quality time n do fun. We really looking forward to visit here again when we r in Alibaug... The person attending us was too good n polite. Helpful too. One can definitely have a great stay here. Thanks ❤

The hotel have a terrace where u can sit and enjoy and also have music system and table and chairs if u want to drink and enjoy. It was really a pleasant stay and staff was extremely helpful and understanding. You can surely book if you are a couple or can go with friends. It was really a very pleasant stay.
