Rooms : 3.5* Service : 3.5* Location : 4* Price : 4.5* The price is very reasonable for a stay in 4bhk bungalow. Location is good - Alibaug beach as well as many restaurants and shops are in near vicinity (2-3 kms). The approach road is narrow and parking a 7 seater car was a difficult job. The bed mattress was not comfortable for me. 3 out of 4 bedrooms have AC - 1 bedroom is without AC. Air filters of air conditioners in all 3 rooms were fully clogged with dust - as if they've not been serviced since a year. We cleaned it and then AC cooling was good. Kitchen is spacious - it has a 165L refrigerator, but lacks a microwave. Hall room is nice and 2-3 families can sit comfortably and spend time together. Cleaning Service was average .. the maid came quite late and after a few reminders. Homemade food can be ordered thru' vendors whose contact details are available with the owner. Food was good in taste, sufficient in quantity and reasonable in price.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful, clean and bright. Host Mahatre uncle is very cooperative & friendly. Property is in a very good & quite location & everything is nearby.. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, a kitchen, balcony area & plenty of room for parking.. I will recommend to stay with family or friends.

Swanand Bungalow Is really a Beautiful and Good Place to Stay with Family and Friends And Mhatre Uncle is Very Cooperative, They Even Have a Parking Place. The Bunglow is Clean and Hygienic. So, I Suggest this Bunglow to Stay with Family and Friends.

We had booked it for 12 people. There are 3AC bedrooms & 2 washrooms. Kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator and a gas stove is available. You can also hire a cook at nominal cost with the help of the owner to cook seafood . You get 200ml x 2 complimentary milk packets for tea . It is located in the city and in the middle of the road connecting alibaug and versoli beach. St bus depot is 2 km away and shared rickshaws are available for commuting. The owner is very friendly. Villa is beautifully decorated from outside with decorative plants.

The bungalow is very spacious, The rooms and furniture are well maintained. The spacious kitchen is equipped with gas, refridgerator, utensils and water purifier. Amplle open parking space is available . The bungalow is very good for accommodating big group of 8 to 10 persons.. It us very good for families who want to spend quality time together. Overall 'Swanand' is par excellence. It is proving its name and giving 'Self Joy' ( Swanand) to occupants.

Awesome place to stay, Mr Mhatre is very kind person and friendly in nature. The Bunglow is very specious and hygiene with all basic necessities available. I will recommend to stay with family or friends.
