I had a great experience staying at this accommodation. Booking the rooms over the phone was easy, and the rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location was also ideal, just a three-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for families and friends to stay together. The rooms were nice and tidy with reliable WiFi, and hot water was available. It was great to have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Holiday Home is a big fraud don't book it . Otherwise you will waste your money. I booked the property and when I just called and enquired the owner told me that now they are not accepting the bookings online. And also told me that he can't offer me room based on actual booking. Such a big fraud I lost my 3300 money. Please please don't go and book this hotel.

It is 5 min away from varsoli beach.... peaceful area with clean and neat room

I would have given zero star... Owner of this place has lot of arrogance. He doesn't know how to talk to customer. He even doesn't know which rooms are booked or vacant. Online booking is useless since most of the times offline booking is done and online sites are not updated in real time. So directly call the hotel and ask for room availability

The staff was so polite and friendly . The rooms are were clean all services are perfect.. we went for 1 Day couple budget friendly hotel near by beach we love it..

I liked this place a lot. Rates were less than other cottages. The owner was very polite and helpful everytime. This cottage was close to varsoli beach. In evening the place is very silent. Transportation is issue in evening times. If u have ur own vehicle its good. The rooms were also good, neat and clean. They serve breakfast in morning if u request, but takes little time. Food quality was good.

Really affordable and close proximity to the warsoli beach. Different types of rooms available and has a great view of the plantation. I would give 3 stars just coz the maintenance is not at par. They do serve simple veg Marathi Brahman food which is tasty. And they also serve food from outside. Good place to get into if the budget is limited.

This homestay option is nearby varsoli beach & it is hardly 10 minutes by any public transport or private vehicle from Alibaug bus stand. They also provide you vehicles on rent.
