Its delight to stay at Kiana. Host family is the best ,kind and generous. Rooms are top notch. Great for family stay. On the way to Alibag. good parking. Close to center, small shops and restaurants.

The perfect place from which to explore Alibag! I stayed in a very comfortable and warm family room, with plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work on my laptop. The TV was great, and the hot shower was excellent and easy to use. Gaurav is a wonderful host-accommodating and polite. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach shops, dining spots, and transportation options. One suggestion for improvement: having a fan on the balcony would be wonderful, as it can get pretty hot if you plan to sit and have dinner outside. Additionally, offering a bed and breakfast service would further enhance the stay. Overall, I will definitely be coming back!

Our first visit to Alibaug and it was an amazing experience staying at Kiana Stays. The rooms are spacious and as per international standards. It felt like home. Very Comfortable and easy to locate. The best part is that it is closer to all the amazing beaches and tourist attractions. I will stick to this place for my visits to Alibaug in the coming future. Once again “THANK YOU” Kiana Stays for an amazing & comfortable stay.

Absolutely worth staying here. Everything about my experience here was good. The whole building and interior is very well designed. A very pleasing theme that reflects in every aspect throughout the space. Very clean and tidy rooms. Just 2.5kms from the alibaug beach and just few 100 mesters from some popular seafood restaurants in alibaug. The hosts are very welcoming and responded to every call and query patiently. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are visiting Alibaug. Couples and families will enjoy the most here according to me. Very rarely such clean and well designed spaces are available. Thanks for building this and providing such a good experience Kiana Stays. Will visit again. To summarise with key points that most people look for in hotels/stays(we stayed in the queen deluxe room) 1. AC was working perfectly fine. 2. Water heater is also available and works great. 3. Very clean bed covers, pillows, towels. 4. Cupboard to store luggage. 5. Parking available. 6. Close to tourist spots near by.

Location is 2.5km from alibaug beach. The rooms are clean. The owner was extremely friendly. Very good for the price.

Nice rooms. Everything was near and clean. They have their home underneath so can have water bottle as you want and can use their refrigerator too. Owner was helpful.
