I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulmohar cottage near the Alibaug ST bus stand, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is ideal—close to both Alibaug beach and Varsoli beach—yet nestled in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by lush greenery. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The owner of the cottage was incredibly decent and humble, always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The facilities provided matched or even exceeded what was mentioned on Google and other websites, which was a delightful The serene environment, combined with excellent hospitality, made this stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Alibaug. It's best stay for Family and friends in reasonable price.

The place that we got was at very reasonable price and the room was clean and spacious. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and assisted us with everything little thing. Would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Alibaug. It’s rough 1-2km away from almost every tourist spots in the city.

Best service by uncle and rooms were too good. The owner of Gulmohar Cottage is so sweet and too corporative and cleaning service is everyday at 11 am without even asking for it. The hygiene level is best. I loved this place to stay. If I visit alibug again for my vacation and I will stay here again 🥰

It is very good "value for money" place at Alibaug. Owner of property is very nice, kind person and offering very good service. Rooms are clean, neat AC rooms at reasonable price. Also property owner is Kind in giving all information about nearby places, distances, food, hotels etc

Plus points for: location, cooperative owner Negative points for: hot water kettle was dirty, bathroom was dirty, balcony very dirty, lot of mosquitos and cockroaches in the room, sheets provided were not washed. Basically room not well maintained and very costly.
