Genny’s Farm House

Pathetic experience, perhaps the perfect getaway if you want a miserable vacation. Clearly told the owner/host that we are 6 people including 1 infant which he insisted are 6 people in total, which is fine. There is a bathroom that is not shown in the pictures on booking.com and that is attached to the kitchen and is a little dirty compared to the other bathroom. There was a bed placed in the kitchen as well. There is no wifi, the owner is very picky about his air conditioner, there’s a 2 sq feet wide hole in the wall beside the air conditioner but he asks you to close the door because “4 guys came last week and kept the door open due to which the AC compressor was spoilt” We agreed to all this and said that we can manage with whatever you have and we left to meet our relatives, 2 hours later he calls and says that he can’t accommodate 6 people and his care taker says it’s too much. Overall the place was not kept clean even though we sent a friend to meet him and book the place personally 3 days in advance. Overall horrible experience, will recommend not to waste time at this Homestay. We had to find another place at 10 pm in the night with an infant.
