If you are looking for beach facing rooms which are reasonable price then this property is perfect place for you. This property is managed by Mr. Sandeep who is very much coperative and we'll spoken. They have tie up with water sports operators who arranges activities at reasonable rates. Also they offered home cooked food which is very tasty. Few things are need to be improve and same are discussed with manager.

Rooms - are kept very clean. Housekeeping staff is quite quick in cleaning the room and varanda if you got sand after taking a swim in the ocean. They have a single queen size bed in every room, where 2 people can easily sleep. Also, they provide extra mattresses if necessary. AC is functioning well. Bathrooms are neat and clean too. Food - was fabulous. We tried homemade thalis, both veg and non-veg. Fish thali is recommended. Big, fresh pieces of Pomphret, Surmai, etc. Is something you don't want to miss. View - As the rooms is directly in front of sea- shore, you get a great view of ocean. Specially for sunsets you don't have to go anywhere. Just put chairs on the sand and enjoy the view!! You can also have your meals sitting on the benches next to the shore. People - are the main selling points. They will do everything to make u feel at home without complaints. They also make arrangements for scuba, boat rides, water sports, etc without any extra charges. So as long as you are not a particularly rigid customer, you will not have any complaints with this property.

Resort is good. Rooms are nice there is one bed and attach washroom.2-3 people's can easily stay in room also they will provide you the extra mattress but they will charge you for it. Resort is run by other resort owner so they don't have their own facility for food. Still the place is good you can see the sea from resort and also they have nice varanda you can seat their and have your meals by watching sea. Water sports area is near from resort even you can contact resort owner for water sports they will arrange those for you. beach is generally clean but if they have visitors recently then you can see large amount of garbage outside the resort.

This is very nice, calm place to visit. Rooms are very clean and maintained. No matter in which room you will stay you can hear waves sound from beach which is very next to the property. 2 rooms out of 5 rooms are beach facing. So you can open the window of the room and enjoy the beautiful view of beach. Caretaker are very good and helpful. Cleaner is also quick and keeps the property very neat. Food is awesome. If you are fish lover then do try variety of fish plate. Veg thali was also tasty. They also provide tea and breakfast if ordered which is good in quantity and quality as well. The best part of this property is you don't have to go far to see sunset. You can simply go down or sit in window of your room and enjoy beautiful sunset. Also to see sunrise you can walk till devbag sangam for just 10min by walk from property or hardly 3-4min by bike. In night times you can also sit on beach safely for hours as its very safe place. Caretakers are very friendly. Also they assist to do water activities like scuba or water sports without charging anything extra. They personally don't have bike to give on rent but they do assist for the same with their contacts. Beach is also very clean.

I had stayed in this homestay on Nov 20 for two days with my Family. I was also worried about the negative reviews but after visit come to know that recently this homestay has been run by Mr. Sandeep, who is very helpful person. The location is very good. Water sport and other activity are on walking distance, Food is awesom and resonable. I will definitely recommended this homestay.

1) Not suitable for family. Rooms are given to alcoholic people when families are present in hotel. Drinkers are creating mess for families. Owner is not having alcohol permit still rooms are given to bachelors who drinks alcohol. Worst experience. 2) Rooms are cheap dirt. 3) Bedsheets, chaddar and bed covers are not washed and are unhygienic. Yellows spots can be seen on bedsheets. Stink badly. 4) Owner is arrogant and greedy for money. 5) Service is worst. Only 2 persons are working for 6 rooms. 6) No AC in AC - Rooms. No cooling in AC room. They are making money by giving rooms as AC room where AC is not working. Zero maintenance for AC. Worst and frustrating. 7) Bulbs in bathrooms are missing. No heater in bathrooms. 8) Washroom are uncleaned and unhygienic. Water leakage from taps. Washroom floor is yellowish. Washrooms are not washed for many many days. 9) No proper parking place. Do not go by looking at pictures. Car need to park in front of other's gate. 10) No proper power backup. **** Do not book / visit the hotel / homestay by only watching other reviews. It is worst in all experience. Unnecessary expensive. Below average and only deserve not more than 0.5 stars. **** 900₹ AC rooms are given for 2500₹. *Owner is trying to make the money by fooling people* He is not having manners to talk with people* very very low standard home stay* *WORST HOME STAY*

Toilet seat broken, Bathroom window glass missing, average room, on the beach resort,.. but beware of wild dogs, few cases of dog bites were reported. overall if you want to spend less on accomodation without any jazzy requirements of TV, Clean beds and blankets, no towels or toiletries then you go for.it. There are better options already around which can be tried.

Location is very good. Rooms are beach facing. This property is managed by Mr. Sandeep who is very cooperative. Food is home made and very testy.
