Sai Sadan Residency

The Location is at walking distance from beach. Room was clean and Ac was working smoothly. Food quality was good and it could be better for vegetarian. Room service was nice , the care taker person was polite. Overall Good stay but could be better as compared to price.

Awesome stay and food is so delicious and authentic.Very close to beach.10/10 food 10/10 rooms.rooms are neat and clean with great fragrance.

It's a modest place at walking distance from the beach. The cottages are surrounded by different local plants and trees which add to the simplicity of the homestay. They provide simple delicious home made meals if you place your order in advance.

I visited Sai Sadan on 9th March 2024. The homestay is surrounded by various trees, which makes it peaceful & chill. The environment is relaxing. The room & bathroom sizes were OK, and the rooms were neat and clean. There is no beach view from this homestay. The food is prepared on an order basis, food was testy & gave me a feeling of homemade food. We had tried veg thali. And we gave fish & prawns for cooking on a kilo basis. The taste was authentic Kokni style. I suggest buying drinking water bottles, the water they provide is clean but it's well water so our throats start itching as we were not used to drinking well water. The beach is a 5-10 min walkable distance. I will recommend this homestay.

Diveagar lovely place to go to. And Saisadan a home away from home. The host along with the staff are very kind and warm. They try to accomodate and provide service to the best. The homemade food taste and quality is better than any highend restaurant. Remember it's a homestay nothing over the odds but total value for money. Rooms are neat and tidy. Linens are washed and clean. If time permits I will visit you every year. Finally A place where I can take my parents and they were equally happy with the food and place. P.S. Freshly made delicious konkan maharashtrian food.

Had an amazing stay at Sai sadan residency. Entire property was surrounded by trees... You'll find different variety of flowers.. If you are a nature lover, this place is for you!! Owner was polite.. Management was good... Clean and hygienic rooms. Beach is just 10 minutes away... About food - : both veg and non veg food was super tasty.... Pure Kokan feeling.... Quantity was little less but quality and taste was amazing!!!

The most hopeless service provider. Owner (Saurabh) is least bothered about the customer service, very rude behavior by the owner when questioned on room service & cleanliness, very arrogant with high attitude. You are not allowed to play the music inside your stay room. You are not allowed to bring outside food as you need to get that from the property owner itself. Outside food will cost you to pay the owner extra, no soap, no towel, no TV, when asked to recharge the TV set top box, you need to pay extra. After 9:30pm if you need anything, your call is unanswered. Will advise, not to go for Sai Sadan even if it's the last option.
