A very Disappointing experience: Unfortunately, my stay at La Casa Maestro was a letdown. Had high hopes for this place but the experience was subpar. Disappointed with the service. Won't be returning to la casa maestro .Unpleasant stay due to caretakers misbehaviour, very small swimming pool,so much restrictions etc etc *Warning to Others* Dnt book through safron stays because caretaker told us they(safron stays) r charging 30k per night n if u do booking through me (caretaker) then price ll b 15k per night ….caretaker has given his no.too for next time booking …..but dnt book this bunglow at all - Beware of La casa maestro…Overpriced and understaffed. The place is amazing and very spacious. 10 mins walk to the beach. Lots of things all over the place so if you have kids less than 5 years then it could be trouble. The caretaker is amazing. Sachin and his whole family run the place and very kind and helpful throughout. They cooked local maharashtrian meals as we requested and only veg meals for all of us. They have a play area which is amazing. It has a big TV where we could watch sports and play cards.

This place belongs to some Muslim family. It seems that it is there personal property and for earning they have let it out on rent. So many Islamic sovereign are available in the house. Not near to the beach. You have to drive 1.5 KM for proper Kashid Beach. Too costly. Bathroom was full of honey bees and there were big mosquitoes as well.

Pros 1. Big spacious 4 Bhk bungalow which can easily accommodate 15-20 people. We were 5 adults n 4 kids. 2. Location is good, 10 mins walk to kashid beach Cons 1. Swimming pool is actually a plunge pool, hardly any space to even stand 2. The caretaker had taken 10k advance while check-in but didn't transfer back money after check out even after lot of reminders. Kindly beware 3. Food... They charge 1300 per day ( nonveg) for breakfast, lunch and dinner but the food is just avg. For veg the charge 1100 4. The caretaker was behind us to checkout at 10.30 am in morning as we guys checked in early at 10am. Issue was there was no water in both the bathroom on the 1st floor till 10.45. we still checked out at 11 am
