The penthouse is located at Rankala near Shalini Palace. Mahalaxmi temple is nearby from this place. You can cook your food. They have provided all kind of utensils. Electric kettle and induction is available. Refrigerator is also there. This duplex property has 2 rooms . Big spacious hall and gallery from where you can enjoy view of Ranakala lake at evening.

You just fall in love with this place. The Rankala view is awesome. Also the facilities e.g. kitchen has all requirements. Fridge, induction, plates... The rooms are huge with washrooms attached and clean. They also have extra bedding facility if needed. Wonderful is just the word, it's elegant. One should experience this stay. We all plan to go again and also let our friends and family know about it. Worth the money.

Poor upkeep of the house Kitchen sink overflowing, fridge bottles falling, bathroom shower tap falling when open, fans low speed, etc etc Maintenance is poor but good house to stay with great location Owner needs to push the service guys to maintaining the house

A very good place to stay along with family and friends. It is spacious, modern and well maintained. Lots of space is the most sought after when you have a group and this place gives you lot of it. Open the glass doors, venture into the balcony and you have the magnificent Shalini Palace looking at you while on the other side you have the Rankala Lake. You will love the Sunrise & Sunset here. No obstruction to the beautiful views. If you love cooking, there are utensils provided alongwith a induction chula. We were a group of 10 people and it was arranged quite well. First we thought we would have to lay mattress to sleep but to our pleasant surprise, it was already done. I get a chance, I will go here again...

One room is too large according to AC capacity so AC can't cool the room. Blanket as same as trains blankets. Hand wash they provide by mixing water. They put shampoo sachets of worth 2 or 3 rupees which doesn't match with grey stone. Bed sheets are not too clean.

Huge penthouse, nicely designed but cleanliness should also be maintained at the same level. Two out of three flushes weren't working when we reached out of which one was repaired later. Overall, great time spent with friends and families. Mahalaxmi temple is just 2 km from this place and the location has beautiful view of the city and Rankala lake.

Amazing penthouse homestay at 10th floor. Amazing rankala lake view. It has kitchen amenities so you can cook your own food. Near to mahalaxmi temple. Overall amazing place

Place is beautiful, designed and decorated tastefully. View of Rankala lake from balcony is magnificent. Watching sunrise and sunset from balcony is so soothing. Comfortable stay with required amenities. Highly recommend.
