Green Roof (Homestay - Family Rooms)

The location is amazing.fully surrounded by nature and greenery. This is not a Bungalow. This is simple, terece top 1RK flat. So don't get confused that you get full Bungalow. But the place is maintained real good. Bed washroom kitchen everything is clean. Terece has a beautiful view so u can enjoy the evening. As per the space, the price is little on a higher side.

Stayed over for 1 night in oct 22. The entire process was smooth and easy The interior and facilities are clean with fully functioning AC/ geyser and clean washroom and kitchen. The terrace has a great view and well decorated. Totally recommend it. #suhaskatti

The location and neighbourhood are great. Enjoy evening snacks and Sunset on the open terrace. The host and keeper are friendly and will get plenty of information on nearby To-Do things.

Everything was just perfect here .. staff was super supportive, rooms very neat and clean.. the best part was the terrace were you could just sit and enjoy the embience... Superb guys .. keep the good work going. Ia m sure of visiting again and again 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Yes it was excellent for me and my family,,,because far from the Mumbai city. We were at peace close to nature , each and every travel spot be it NEW PALACE or Mahalaxmi temple, all were near to this penthouse...and to top it all....there is a separate kitchen to take of our healthy diet..I wish to have such a house in near future like this penthouse..kudos to its interior designing...and traditional furniture..thanks for a wonderful 3 day Peaceful amd Homely stay..at Kolhapur...

My stay at Grren Roof Kolhapur was a one day stay from 19.5.2022 to 20.5.2022 . The room was very neat and clean. The caretaker assisted us very promptly. All the required necessaries were available .The place is situated in a prime location.

We had planned an overnight visit to Kolhapur and chose Green roof via Airbnb. The booking and confirmation part was easy and the host immediately reached out with details and other relevant information. Reaching there was easy and the manager Vinod helped us settle in. What irked me is the approach to the building. You have to enter from A wing, go to the basement parking, walk to B wing and then take the elevator. The ground floor doesn't have an entrance like normal places. The house itself is bedroom + kitchen, and well maintained. The view is outstanding and we enjoyed chilly weather on the terrace. The kitchen is functional with induction plate and some utensils and basic sufficient crockery. The other smaller balcony isn't safe for crawling infants, so we kept it locked. They have TV with satellite, and wifi which we didnt use. Rickshaw wallas will unnecessarily charge ₹10 extra to drop you to the building. Instead you can get off at the arch and walk in.

Perfect place. Well maintained. Great amenities. Perfect location . Everything is nice about this place . We stayed for a day and loved it .
