Good for family friends and even groups. Secluded, away from the crowd, can enjoy a well deserved rest here. Drawbacks- No kitchen available. Even for simple things like tea which is the first thing you need in the morning you have to call the attendant. He gets it from some place but by the time it reaches you it's cold. Suggest a small kitchen and utensils just for making tea The villa is literally adjoining the express way and a little further away is the railway tracks. So expect some noise especially during the night. But again it's value for money.

While the property's location offers convenient highway access and the caretaker was responsive via phone, the overall maintenance was severely lacking. The beds were infested with bed bugs, no towels were provided, and the refrigerator was in a state of disrepair.swimming can’t accommodate 6 people at a time. Consequently, this property is not recommended.

My experience at this villa was nothing short of a disaster, with multiple issues that tainted my entire stay. First and foremost, the food order mishap was inexcusable. Despite reconfirming my order, it was still misplaced. To add insult to injury, when the food finally arrived after a lengthy 2 hours it consisted only plain dal(with no salt in it) and rice . After 45 mins from this they sent bundles on chapatis without even a single vegetable dish, which left us feeling utterly unsatisfied. The lack of attention to detail and the inability to provide a basic meal was beyond disappointing. Another issue was the state of the pool. The water was highly chemicalized and far from clean. It was evident that the pool maintenance was severely lacking. Shockingly, the staff failed to inform us about the chemicalized water, even though they clearly saw us using the pool. This lack of consideration for guests' well-being and safety is entirely unacceptable. Hospitality was nonexistent throughout my stay. The staff displayed a complete lack of care and professionalism. They made no effort to ensure our comfort or address any of the issues that arose during our time at the villa. It was evident that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. Additionally, the absence of drinking water was another disappointment. In a place that claims to offer luxury and relaxation, the inability to provide even a basic amenity like water is unforgivable. It showed a complete disregard for the guests' needs and preferences. Furthermore, the villa faced water shortages, and the staff made no effort to refill their water storage. This negligence resulted in inconvenience and further added to the list of grievances I had with the property. Lastly, the owner's behavior was utterly obnoxious and aggravating. Instead of taking responsibility for the food order mistake, the owner refused to acknowledge the error and rectify the situation. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns is indicative of a poor management culture.

Never ever trust thus guys bug fraud they have hired several agents and the take advance for Booking but when we visit yo villa some other agent gave the villa to other customers then they send us to other properties our whole day wasted on this no coordination all are just agents qorst proepr worst location my and my family day was wasted never ever trust this kinds of Dalal

Worst Villa and amenities i have ever seen villa was not maintain properly ac flush was not working even the main door locks and tv was not working pool water was not clean and electricity problem dont waste money on this villa

Worst property ever..!! We went for our team outing and this place is shit…!! Would never recommend it to anyone..!! I didn’t like the villa the surrounding and the most imp part the food was pathetic..!! Worst place ever that I have been to..!! This is a very honest review of this villa no safety for girls.. staff is so dirty and even every single place is dirty..!! No cleanliness..!! Never ever book this ..!!

If you are going as a large group, this place can't be matched as far as value for money! Bit out of the way, nice seclusion, peace and quite......which you can totally spoil by throwing a loud party! Caretakers/cook are super accomodating and helpful.
